Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) is a globally recognised, two-level qualification for managing the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change concepts and models, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real organisational scenarios.

    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) is a globally recognised, two-level qualification for managing the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change concepts and models, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real organisational scenarios.

Who should take Change Management certification in Uzbekistan?

It suits project managers, HR business partners, OD practitioners, consultants and leaders who guide organisational change. In Uzbekistan it is especially valuable for professionals working in banking reform, digital transformation, consulting and state-owned enterprise restructuring.

Is the CM-F&P qualification worth it in Uzbekistan?

Yes. As Uzbekistan privatises enterprises and modernises banking and digital services, employers need professionals who can make change stick. Certified change managers, OD managers and transformation leads command senior pay bands and are in short supply, making the credential a strong career investment.

Is the change management qualification recognised internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised in over 150 countries and is well respected wherever organisational change is a recognised profession. It is grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) published by the Change Management Institute.

Do I need prior experience to start the course?

No. Change Management Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. The combined programme takes you from foundational knowledge to applied practice, so beginners and experienced professionals can both start here.

    Pricing

How much does Change Management training cost in Uzbekistan?

Fees for the combined Foundation and Practitioner programme are available on request and vary by delivery format and batch. The fee typically includes courseware, practice questions and mock exams. Request a quote or speak with a learning advisor for current pricing in Uzbekistan.

What is included in the course fee?

The training fee typically includes CMBoK-aligned courseware, industry case studies, Foundation and Practitioner mock exams, open-book exam practice, learner support and a course completion certificate. Exam voucher inclusion is confirmed at the time of enrolment.

Are the exam fees included in the price?

Exam voucher inclusion depends on the package you choose. Some plans bundle the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers while others price them separately. Confirm the exact inclusions for your chosen batch with our team before enrolling.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for PMOs, HR functions and leadership teams across Uzbekistan. Ask about corporate or group pricing for a tailored quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation and Practitioner exams?

The Foundation exam is closed book with single-answer multiple-choice questions. The Practitioner exam is open book and scenario-based, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. Both are delivered via online proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

How many questions are there and how long is each exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 questions and lasts 40 minutes. The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total, and lasts 2.5 hours (150 minutes).

What are the passing scores for both exams?

Both exams require 50% to pass. That means 25 out of 50 correct for the Foundation exam and 40 out of 80 marks for the Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep model knowledge are both essential, and our training builds both.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can resit the exam under the current re-sit policy. Our first-attempt guidance, mock exams and open-book practice are designed to help you pass both levels the first time. Retake support and options are available on request.

    Course Content

What topics does the training cover?

The programme covers five topic areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management. Foundation builds knowledge and Practitioner builds applied skill across all five.

Which change models will I learn?

You will learn a broad set of models including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence.

Is the courseware aligned to the latest syllabus?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current Change Management Foundation and Practitioner syllabi and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) published by the Change Management Institute.

Do beginners need prior change management experience?

No prior experience is required. Foundation is open to all and builds core knowledge first, then Practitioner develops your ability to apply the models to realistic scenarios. Hands-on case studies and practice support learners at every level.

    What learning materials are provided?

You receive CMBoK-aligned courseware, industry-driven case studies, Foundation and Practitioner practice questions, mock exams and open-book exam practice. These materials help you build understanding and prepare for both exams.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the Change Management course in Uzbekistan?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. See upcoming batches or talk to a learning advisor to get started.

    What training formats are available?

We offer live virtual (online) instructor-led training, classroom training and customised corporate group training. You can choose the format that best fits your schedule and learning style in Uzbekistan.

How long is the combined programme?

The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme is delivered as 40 hours of instructor-led training. The number of days varies with the schedule format, from intensive full-day sessions to extended part-day options.

Can I reschedule or transfer my batch?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch on selected plans. Contact our support team to arrange a change that works for you.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
