What Is Lean Manufacturing?UntitledA Practical Route to Operational Excellence in Uganda
Lean Manufacturing Training in Uganda is a practical, one-day programme that teaches your teams how to eliminate waste from production and deliver more value to customers. Rooted in the Toyota Production System (TPS) developed by Taiichi Ohno and Shigeo Shingo, the course builds command of the five Lean principles, the eight wastes known as DOWNTIME, and the core Lean toolkit used by world-class manufacturers. Over eight hands-on hours you learn to run a waste walk, map a value stream, apply 5S and visual management, design kanban pull systems, calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and lead Kaizen improvement. The skills apply immediately on any shop floor, from food and beverage plants in Kampala to steel, cement and agro-processing operations across Uganda. This is a non-certification skills course: there is no exam, and every participant receives a course completion record from Invensis Learning. If you want to raise productivity, cut lead times and build a continuous improvement culture, start your Lean journey with Invensis Learning.
