Process Challenges Driving BPM Demand in Ukraine

    Digital Recovery and Reconstruction

Ukraine's recovery is driving large-scale digitalisation across public and private organisations. Before they automate, teams need documented, efficient processes, the exact groundwork BPM provides.

BPM builds process modelling and redesign skills

    AI and Automation Adoption

By 2026 AI and automation sit at the centre of Ukrainian business. You cannot automate a broken or undocumented process, so BPM modelling and analysis come first.

BPM builds process analysis and design skills

    E-Government and Public Services

Diia and public-sector modernisation demand clear, standardised, citizen-facing processes. BPM gives analysts the tools to design and govern these services at scale.

    BPM builds process governance skills

    Outsourcing and BPO Efficiency

Ukraine's large IT and BPO base competes on quality and cost. Process standardisation and waste removal protect margins, and BPM practitioners are the ones who deliver them.

BPM builds waste-removal and standardisation skills

    EU Integration and ISO Standards

Closer EU alignment raises the bar on quality management and the ISO 9001:2015 process approach. BPM operationalises that process approach across the organisation.

BPM builds the ISO 9001 process approach

    Manual and Person-Dependent Processes

Many organisations still run undocumented, person-dependent processes. BPM makes them consistent, measurable and resilient, reducing risk when key people move on.

BPM is more than a method. It is the capability Ukrainian organisations need to digitalise, standardise and improve how work flows. Build practical process skills and become the person teams rely on to fix inefficiency. Start your journey today.

    Your Ukraine Career Shift

From Manual Processes to Measurable Improvement

Your BPM Career Shift in Ukraine

Ukraine's economy is digitalising fast, and employers increasingly separate the people who can document and improve processes from those who only run them. Here is the shift that practical BPM skills make.

    Today

You run processes as they are, with little visibility of waste or bottlenecks

    After BPM training

You map, measure and improve processes using BPMN 2.0 and structured analysis

    Today

Improvement ideas are ad hoc and hard to justify to leadership

    After BPM training

You build a clear business case with process KPIs and value-added analysis

    Today

Process knowledge lives in people's heads, not in documentation

    After BPM training

You create standard, governed process models the whole team can follow

    You build BPM capability

    Before

Process skills picked up informally, without a shared method

    Now you have

A structured BPM method aligned to the ABPMP CBOK and the ISO 9001 process approach

    Before

A view limited to your own function or department

    Now you have

The ability to manage end-to-end processes that cross departments and systems

    Before

A role seen mainly as a delivery contributor

    Now you have

Recognition as a process owner who connects everyday work to strategy

    Before

Few practical tools to tackle inefficiency and rework

    Now you have

A toolkit of modelling, analysis and redesign techniques you apply immediately

It covers BPMN 2.0 modelling, process analysis, redesign, governance and automation, so you can manage and improve processes in any sector.

    General

What is business process management training?

BPM training is a practical, non-certification course that teaches you to identify, model, analyse and improve business processes across the full BPM lifecycle. It covers BPMN 2.0 modelling, process analysis, redesign, governance and automation, so you can manage and improve processes in any sector.

Who should take BPM training in Ukraine?

The course suits business analysts, process owners, operations and quality managers, IT professionals and transformation practitioners. Anyone responsible for designing, running or improving a business process in Ukraine's IT, banking, logistics or public sectors will benefit from a shared BPM method.

Is BPM training worth it for professionals in Ukraine?

Yes. As Ukrainian organisations digitalise and standardise how work flows, people who can model and improve processes are in strong demand. BPM skills support roles from business analyst to operations and process improvement manager, and they complement Lean, Six Sigma and ISO 9001 work.

Do I need prior experience to learn BPM?

No prior experience is required. The course introduces BPM from first principles, so some familiarity with business operations helps but is not essential. It is designed to take beginners and experienced practitioners alike to a confident, applied level.

What standards and frameworks does the training follow?

The training aligns with BPMN 2.0 (ISO/IEC 19510) for process modelling, the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge (CBOK) as the professional reference, and the ISO 9001:2015 process approach. These give you a widely recognised, vendor-neutral foundation.

    Pricing

How much does BPM training cost in Ukraine?

Pricing is available on request, as it varies by delivery mode, group size and format. The fee includes instruction, courseware, hands-on exercises and learner support. Request a quote or speak with a learning advisor for current pricing.

What is included in the BPM course fee?

The fee covers instructor-led training across all BPM modules, BPMN modelling and process analysis workshops, learning resources and templates, learner support, and a course completion record from Invensis Learning. There is no separate exam fee, as the course is non-certification.

Do you offer corporate or group pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for teams and departments. It is delivered onsite, live virtual or hybrid across Ukraine. Ask about group pricing for your team.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that works best for you or your organisation.

Is there a discount for enrolling a whole team?

Yes. Team and corporate enrolments qualify for volume-based pricing, and delivery can be tailored to your organisation. Contact us for a group quote based on your team size and preferred format.

    Assessment

Is there an exam for BPM training?

No. BPM training is a non-certification course with no exam. Learning is reinforced through hands-on BPMN modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and group discussion during the one-day programme.

Will I receive anything on completion?

Yes. You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning after finishing the programme. It confirms your participation and the practical BPM skills you have built, which apply immediately in the workplace.

How is my learning assessed during the course?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply BPM techniques throughout the day in modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and redesign activities, so you leave able to use the skills on your own processes.

    Is BPM training a certification?

No. This is a practical skills training programme, not a certification, and there is no awarding body or governing exam for the BPM discipline itself. The focus is on building capability you can apply straight away.

How will I apply what I learn after the course?

You will be able to model your existing processes in BPMN 2.0, analyse them to find waste and bottlenecks, redesign them for efficiency, and set up process ownership and KPIs. These skills apply from day one, in any function or sector.

    Course Content

What will I learn in BPM training?

You will learn the full BPM lifecycle, BPMN 2.0 process modelling, process analysis and performance measurement, process design and governance, and BPM technology and automation. Hands-on exercises run throughout so you practise each skill.

    What is the BPM lifecycle?

The BPM lifecycle is a structured, ongoing cycle for managing processes: identify, model, analyse, design, implement, and monitor and optimise. The course walks through each phase so you can manage a process end to end rather than fix it once.

Does the course cover BPMN 2.0 modelling?

Yes. BPMN 2.0 is a core part of the training. You will learn its events, gateways, tasks, sequence flows and swimlanes, and practise turning a written process description into clear as-is and to-be diagrams.

How long is the BPM training?

The course is delivered as a one-day, eight-hour programme covering all six modules, with modelling and analysis exercises throughout. A half-day format across two days is also available to suit different schedules.

Are there hands-on exercises in the course?

Yes. The programme is built around practical work: BPMN modelling from real descriptions, process analysis and waste identification, and process redesign applying design principles. You learn by doing, not just by listening.
