What Is Six Sigma Awareness Training in Thailand?UntitledA Practical Introduction to Process Improvement
Six Sigma Awareness Training in Thailand is a one-day, non-credential programme that introduces the Six Sigma methodology, a data-driven approach to reducing process variation and eliminating defects. Developed at Motorola in the 1980s and made famous by GE, Six Sigma aims for fewer than 3.4 defects per million opportunities (DPMO) and uses the DMAIC roadmap, Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control, to improve existing processes. The course is built for employees, managers and leaders who work alongside Six Sigma practitioners but do not need to become Green Belts or Black Belts. You gain a shared quality vocabulary, an understanding of defects, variation, DPMO and the Six Sigma roles, and the confidence to contribute to improvement projects across Thailand's manufacturing, electronics, food and service sectors. Delivered by Invensis Learning in live virtual, classroom and on-site formats, the programme ends with a course completion record, giving your team a practical foundation for operational excellence.
