Business Process Management Training in Slovenia gives you a complete, working command of Business Process Management (BPM): the discipline of identifying, modelling, analysing and continuously improving the processes that deliver value across an organisation. It is a practical, non-certification course, so the focus is real capability you apply the next working day, not an exam. Over a single intensive day you work through the full BPM lifecycle, from process identification and BPMN 2.0 modelling to analysis, redesign, governance and automation. It suits business analysts, process owners, operations and quality managers, and IT professionals in any Slovenian sector who are responsible for how work actually gets done. As Slovenian manufacturers, banks, pharma firms and public bodies invest EU recovery funds in digitalisation, the ability to map and improve processes has become a core workplace skill. Build that capability with Invensis Learning and start turning everyday processes into measurable results.

What BPM Training Gives You at WorkSkills You Can Apply from Day One

    For Individuals

    For Individuals

BPM training helps you turn vague process problems into clear, improvable models. You learn to document how work really flows, find where value leaks, and redesign processes that are faster, cheaper and more reliable. Whether you are a business analyst formalising your method, a process owner accountable for performance, or an operations or IT professional supporting digital change, the course builds capability you use immediately.

If you want to be the person who can walk into a messy process and leave it measurably better, BPM is the skill set to build. You gain process modelling, analysis and redesign techniques that employers across Slovenia increasingly expect.

    • Map any business process clearly using BPMN 2.0, the international standard for process notation
    • Spot waste, bottlenecks and rework quickly through structured process analysis
    • Redesign processes to cut cycle time, reduce cost and improve quality
    • Define process KPIs and set up simple, meaningful performance measurement
    • Establish process ownership and governance so improvements actually stick
    • Identify which tasks are ready for workflow automation or RPA
    • Speak a shared process language with IT, operations and quality colleagues
    • Build a skill that transfers across every sector and role in Slovenia
    For Organizations

    For Organizations

BPM group training equips your team to document, analyse and improve the processes that run your organisation. Delivered onsite or live virtual, it can be built around your own real processes so the value is immediate. For organisations investing in digitalisation and automation, BPM provides the essential first step: you cannot automate a process you have not mapped and improved.

If your teams struggle with inconsistent, undocumented processes, corporate BPM training creates a common approach to modelling, analysis and redesign that scales across departments and business units.

    • Gives cross-functional teams one shared BPM method and process language
    • Improves efficiency by removing waste, handoffs and rework from core processes
    • Prepares processes for automation, so digital investment pays off
    • Strengthens compliance through documented, standardised processes
    • Builds in-house capability to model and improve processes without external consultants
    • Supports the ISO 9001 process approach and continuous improvement goals
    • Flexible onsite or live virtual delivery for teams across Slovenia
    • Tailored to your real processes, so learning creates immediate value

What Is Driving Demand for Process Skills in Slovenia

    ICT Talent Shortage

Slovenia's share of ICT specialists sits below the EU average, and the shortage constrains transformation. Professionals who can model and improve processes are increasingly valuable.

    BPM builds in-demand process skills

SMEs Still Catching up on Digitalisation

Many Slovenian SMEs lag on cloud, data and basic digitalisation. BPM gives them the process foundation needed before automation can deliver real returns.

BPM lays the foundation for automation

    Manufacturing Automation Push

EU-funded projects are robotising production and automating business functions. You cannot automate a process you have not mapped, making BPM the essential first step.

BPM makes processes ready to automate

    Compliance and Standardisation Pressure

Pharma, banking and public bodies face strict compliance and audit demands. Documented, standardised BPM processes make quality and compliance far easier to sustain.

    BPM builds documented, standardised processes

    EU Funding Deadlines

With large parts of Slovenia's digital roadmap budget expiring by the end of 2026, organisations must deliver transformation quickly, and process skills keep projects on track.

    After Training

Recognised as the person who can fix how work flows

    Today

Limited to your own function's view of the work

    After Training

Able to manage end-to-end processes across departments

    Today

Process roles feel out of reach without the skills

    After Training

Ready for business process manager and improvement roles that pay well in Slovenia

    You Build BPM Capability

    Before

Processes live in people's heads and vary by who does them

    Now you have

Clear BPMN 2.0 models everyone can read and follow

    Before

You can see problems but cannot diagnose their root cause

    Now you have

Structured analysis to pinpoint waste, delay and rework

    Before

Improvement ideas fade once the meeting is over

    Now you have

Redesigned processes with owners, KPIs and governance

    Before

Automation projects stall on messy, undocumented processes

    Now you have

Processes mapped and ready for workflow or RPA automation

"The gap between running a process and improving it is exactly what employers now pay for, and the organisations that matter already know it."

    General

    What is Business Process Management?

Business Process Management, or BPM, is a discipline for identifying, modelling, analysing, improving and monitoring the processes that deliver value in an organisation. This training covers the full BPM lifecycle in a practical, non-certification format, using BPMN 2.0 and the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge as its foundation.

Is BPM training worth it for professionals in Slovenia?

Yes. As Slovenian firms invest EU funds in digitalisation and automation, the ability to map and improve processes has become a core, transferable workplace skill. It is valued across pharma, banking, manufacturing, IT and the public sector.

Do I get a certification from this course?

No. This is a non-certification skills course, so there is no exam or formal credential. You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning, and you gain practical BPM skills you can apply immediately at work.

    Who should attend BPM training?

The course suits business analysts, process owners, operations and quality managers, IT professionals and anyone responsible for designing, managing or improving business processes, in any Slovenian industry or the public sector.

Do I need prior experience to join?

No. There are no formal prerequisites. Some familiarity with business operations helps, but the course introduces BPM from first principles, so beginners and experienced practitioners can both benefit.

    How is my learning assessed?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply BPM techniques throughout the day in modelling exercises, analysis workshops and redesign activities, so you practise the skills directly rather than sit a test.

What do I receive on completion?

You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning. The course builds practical BPM and BPMN 2.0 process modelling skills that are immediately usable in your role.

Is this course accredited by a governing body?

BPM as a discipline has no single awarding body. The training is grounded in widely recognised references, including BPMN 2.0 (ISO/IEC 19510), the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge and the ISO 9001 process approach.

Will BPM skills expire or need renewal?

No. There is no credential to renew. The process modelling, analysis and redesign skills you learn stay applicable and do not expire, so you can keep using and building on them.

    Course Content
