    What is the format of the EXIN ASM exam?

    The EXIN Agile Scrum Master exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination with 40 questions. You have 90 minutes to complete it, and it is delivered through EXIN online proctoring or at accredited testing locations.

    What is the passing score for the ASM exam?

    The pass mark is 65 percent, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly. The exam tests applied Scrum Master knowledge across realistic team scenarios, not just recall.

    Which topics does the ASM exam cover?

    The exam spans five EXIN topic areas: Agile Way of Thinking (20%), Scrum Master Role (25%), Agile Estimating, Planning, Monitoring and Control (27.5%), Complex Projects (12.5%) and Adopting Agile (15%).

    How do I book the ASM exam?

    What will I learn in the ASM course?

    You will learn to apply the agile mindset, own the Scrum Master role, facilitate every Scrum event, estimate and track delivery, remove impediments, coach teams, and support agile adoption and scaling. The content maps to the five EXIN topic areas.

    Can a beginner take this training?

    Yes. The course covers the Scrum framework from the ground up, so motivated beginners can follow it, although Agile Scrum Foundation knowledge helps. Hands-on exercises and trainer support build your confidence as you go.

    How long is the training?

    The ASM programme runs for 16 hours, usually delivered over two full days or four half-days. It serves as practical Scrum Master skill-building and exam preparation.

    Yes. You receive accredited courseware, practice questions aligned to the 40-question exam, mock assessments and revision aids to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

    Is the courseware aligned with the current EXIN syllabus?
