    How much does PgMP training cost in Romania?

    Is the PMI exam fee included in the training price?

    What is the format of the PgMP exam?

    The PgMP exam is closed book with multiple-choice questions based on the PgMP Examination Content Outline and The Standard for Program Management, Fourth Edition. It covers five performance domains: Strategic Program Management, Program Life Cycle Management, Benefits Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Governance.

    How many questions are on the PgMP exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 170 questions and an allotted time of four hours. It is delivered via Pearson VUE OnVUE online proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

    What is the passing score for the PgMP exam?

    PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. Results are determined through psychometric analysis and reported with domain-level feedback such as Above Target or Target, so focus on broad mastery across all five domains.

    What is the PgMP panel review?

    The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to the PgMP. A panel of programme management practitioners evaluates your documented experience and competency. It must be passed in addition to the written exam to earn the credential.

    How many attempts do I get if I do not pass?

    PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period from application approval. Reexamination fees apply to the second and third attempts; confirm current amounts on the PMI store. Our prep and mock exams are designed to support a first-attempt pass.

    Can I take the PgMP if I already hold the PMP?

    Yes. An active PMP satisfies the project management experience requirement across all three PgMP eligibility sets, so PMP holders only need to document their programme management experience. The PgMP is a natural next step for experienced project managers.

    What learning resources and materials are provided?

    You receive PMI-aligned courseware, references to the PgMP Examination Content Outline and Handbook, The Standard for Program Management overview, templates, and topic-wise quizzes to reinforce each domain.

    Are there practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full-length mock exams and domain-wise quizzes to help you identify weak areas and build readiness for the 170-question, four-hour exam.

    Is the courseware aligned with the current PgMP standard?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to The Standard for Program Management, Fourth Edition, and the current PgMP Examination Content Outline published by PMI.

    What are the eligibility requirements for the PgMP exam?

    Anyone can enrol in the training. To sit the exam, PMI requires a secondary or four-year degree plus project management experience (or an active PMP) and 48 to 84 months of programme management experience within the past 15 years, depending on your education path, along with a panel review.

    How do I enrol in the PgMP course?

    What training formats are available in Romania?
