Invensis Learning reserves the right to reschedule the date and time of a training program. In case Invensis Learning reschedules/postpones a training event, the options available to a registered attendee are:
If due to unforeseen reasons, a registered attendee wishes to reschedule/postpone his or her attendance to a future date, rescheduling fees will be charged as mentioned below.

7 or more days prior to the date of the original class | 10% of the registration fee of the upcoming class |
5 days prior to the date of the original class | 50% of the registration fee of the upcoming class |
3 days prior to the date of the original class | 75% of the registration fee of the upcoming class |
Less than 3 days prior to the date of the original class | No rescheduling allowed |
The rescheduled course should be within a three-month period from the date of the original class.
Please note that any request to attend an upcoming course as part of the rescheduling arrangement should be sent at least 7 days prior to commencement of the upcoming course.
The request must be sent via email from the email address used to register on our website www.invensislearning.com to buy the course. Please mail rescheduling or refund requests to contact@invensislearning.com.
Please state the date of purchase, name of the course and purchase receipt details like order ID and transaction ID in the email. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability of seats.
