    What if I do not pass the ASM exam first time?

    You can retake the EXIN Agile Scrum Master exam. Our training includes structured practice and exam preparation to help you pass, and you can rebook through EXIN. Confirm the current re-sit fee with EXIN before rescheduling.

    What is the format of the ASM exam?

    The EXIN ASM exam is closed book with 40 multiple-choice, single-answer questions. You have 90 minutes, and the pass mark is 65 percent, which is 26 of the 40 questions correct.

    How is the ASM exam delivered?

    You can sit the exam online with EXIN proctoring or at an EXIN accredited test location. Accredited training providers can arrange the exam for you.

    What does the ASM exam cover?

    The exam spans five topic areas: Agile Way of Thinking (20%), Scrum Master Role (25%), Agile Estimating, Planning, Monitoring and Control (27.5%), Complex Projects (12.5%) and Adopting Agile (15%).
