    Does the certificate of completion expire?

    What will I learn in Scrum Fundamentals Training?

    You will learn an introduction to Agile and Scrum, the Scrum aspects, principles, phases and processes, the advantages and purpose of Scrum, and how to apply Scrum roles, events and artefacts to manage Agile projects.

    What topics does the syllabus cover?

    The syllabus spans five modules: introduction to Scrum, Scrum overview, the six Scrum principles, the five Scrum aspects, and the five Scrum processes, plus scaling Scrum, taught with real-world examples and case studies.

    How long is the training?

    The course runs over two days, totalling 16 hours. It can also be delivered across four half-days. It covers the full Scrum framework with interactive exercises and retrospective sessions.
