Industry Challenges Driving AgilePM Demand in Poland

    Agile Without Governance

Polish IT services firms and GCCs run agile at scale, but many lack a project governance layer above the team. AgilePM is built to close exactly that gap.

AgilePM adds project-level governance to agile teams

    Regulated Delivery in BFSI

Banks, insurers and fintechs across Poland need iterative delivery that still satisfies audit and compliance. AgilePM's governance model makes agile delivery auditable.

    AgilePM supports auditable agile delivery

    Nearshoring Delivery Pressure

As Poland grows as a nearshore hub for Western Europe, clients expect consistent, governed delivery. A shared framework lets teams prove control across engagements.

    AgilePM standardises delivery frameworks

    Scaling Beyond Single-Team Scrum

Teams comfortable with Scrum ceremonies struggle when projects span multiple timeboxes and stakeholders. AgilePM provides the full lifecycle to coordinate at project level.

AgilePM builds lifecycle and coordination skills

    Scarce Governed-Agile Talent

Poland has a deep pool of Scrum practitioners but few professionals credentialed in governed agile project management, making AgilePM holders rare and sought-after.

AgilePM makes certified leaders stand out

    Public Sector Digitalisation

Government and public sector digital programmes in Poland need agile speed with structured control and accountability, the balance AgilePM is designed to deliver.

Yes. AgilePM proves you can govern agile projects, not just facilitate a single team, which employers across Poland's IT services, banking and consulting sectors increasingly need. General

Is AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner worth it in Poland?

Yes. AgilePM proves you can govern agile projects, not just facilitate a single team, which employers across Poland's IT services, banking and consulting sectors increasingly need. Certified agile leaders fill roles such as agile project manager, delivery manager and agile coach, where salaries and demand are strong in 2026.

What is AgilePM and who is it for?

AgilePM (Agile Project Management) is a structured, DSDM-based framework for delivering agile projects with governance, owned by the Agile Business Consortium. It suits project managers, Scrum Masters, business analysts and delivery leads who want a governed agile approach with recognised Foundation and Practitioner credentials.

How do the two AgilePM levels fit together?

Foundation builds your knowledge of the framework, principles, lifecycle and roles, while Practitioner proves you can apply and tailor AgilePM to real project scenarios. The combined programme takes you through both, so you leave able to lead governed agile delivery end to end.

Why choose Invensis Learning for AgilePM training?

Invensis Learning offers AgilePM-qualified trainers, courseware aligned to the official exam syllabi, flexible delivery formats and dedicated learner support. As an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified provider, we help you move from learning to both certifications with a clear, supported path.

    Is AgilePM recognised internationally?

Yes. AgilePM is recognised in over 150 countries and is particularly strong across the UK, Europe and markets like Poland where structured project governance is expected alongside agile delivery.

    Pricing

What does AgilePM training in Poland cost?

Fees vary by format, whether live virtual, classroom or corporate group training, and by whether exam vouchers are bundled. Pricing for the Polish market is available on request. Request a quote and a learning advisor will share current options and any group discounts.

What is included in the course fee?

The training fee typically includes syllabus-aligned courseware, case studies, practice questions, mock exams and learner support for both Foundation and Practitioner. Confirm whether the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are included when you request your quote.

Are the exam fees part of the training price?

Exam vouchers are often bundled into training packages but this can vary by region and channel. We recommend confirming the exact inclusion for the Polish market with a learning advisor before you enrol.

Do you offer group or corporate pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for PMOs, delivery teams and business units. Contact us for a tailored quote for your team.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the AgilePM Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam is closed book with 50 multiple-choice questions and a 40-minute time limit. The pass mark is 50 percent, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is typically taken at the end of Foundation training.

What is the format of the AgilePM Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book, using the AgilePM Handbook, with 4 scenario-based questions worth 15 marks each, for 60 marks in total, over 2 hours. The pass mark is 50 percent, which is 30 out of 60 marks.

Do I need to pass Foundation before Practitioner?

Yes. AgilePM Foundation certification, or an accepted equivalent, is required before you sit the Practitioner exam. The combined programme covers both levels in sequence, so you prepare for and pass Foundation first, then Practitioner.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the AgilePM Handbook during the Practitioner exam, but the scenario-based questions require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient handbook navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential, which our training builds.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can re-sit either exam; specific re-sit policies and fees vary by channel. Our preparation includes mock exams and practice questions for both levels to help you go in ready, and a learning advisor can explain the re-sit options that apply to you.

    Course Content

What topics does the AgilePM training cover?

The programme covers the eight AgilePM principles, the six-phase lifecycle and management products, the business, technical and management roles, MoSCoW prioritisation, timeboxing, and planning, control and risk within the AgilePM governance model.

Do I need prior experience to take this course?

No prior experience or prerequisite is needed for AgilePM Foundation, so beginners are welcome. The Practitioner level is designed for practising or aspiring project managers, and the combined programme guides you from the basics through to applying the framework.

Which standard is the course based on?

The training is aligned to the current edition of the AgilePM Handbook from the Agile Business Consortium and the official AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi, so what you learn matches what both exams assess.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions and mock exams for both the Foundation and Practitioner levels, plus scenario-based exercises, so you can identify weak areas and build exam readiness before your test dates.

How is AgilePM different from Scrum?

Scrum is a team-level delivery framework focused on Sprints and roles like Scrum Master and Product Owner. AgilePM is a project-level governance framework covering the full lifecycle, from strategic alignment to benefit realisation, so it wraps governance around agile delivery teams.

    Enrollment

How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website by choosing your preferred format and completing payment, after which you receive schedules, courseware and learning resources. See upcoming batches or talk to a learning advisor to pick a start date that fits you.

What training formats are available in Poland?

We offer AgilePM training online as live virtual instructor-led sessions, classroom training, and customised corporate group training for teams, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule and learning style.

Who should enrol in this programme?

Project managers, Scrum Masters, business analysts, testers, team leaders and delivery managers who want a governed agile credential all benefit. It also suits PRINCE2 or Scrum holders adding a structured agile project management framework to their skills.
