    Exam

What is the format of the PMP exam?

The PMP exam has 180 questions delivered over 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes), including two 10-minute breaks. It uses multiple-choice, multiple-response, matching, hotspot and limited fill-in-the-blank questions, based on the current PMP Examination Content Outline.

How many domains does the updated PMP exam cover?

The updated PMP exam, aligned to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition, covers five domains: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (15%), Predictive Methodologies (28%), Agile Frameworks (27%), Business Analysis and Strategic Management (18%), and Stakeholder Engagement and Communication (12%).

What are the eligibility requirements for the PMP exam?

There are two paths: a four-year degree with 36 months of leading projects and 35 contact hours of project management education, or a high school diploma with 60 months of leading projects and the same 35 contact hours. The training provides the required contact hours.

What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed passing score. Results are reported as Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement per domain, using a psychometrically determined standard, so aim for broad mastery across all five domains.

Where can I take the PMP exam and can I retake it?

You can sit the exam via Pearson VUE OnVUE online proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre. PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period; reexamination fees apply to the second and third attempts.

    Course Content

You cover all five performance domains of the updated PMP Examination Content Outline: project fundamentals, predictive methodologies, agile frameworks, business analysis and strategic management, and stakeholder engagement, plus exam strategy and application support.

Does the PMP exam and course cover agile?

Yes. Agile and hybrid delivery make up a large share of the exam, and the updated outline includes a dedicated Agile Frameworks domain worth 27%. The training covers Scrum, Kanban, Lean and hybrid approaches alongside predictive methods.

Do I need prior experience to take the training?

Anyone can enrol in the training. To sit the PMP exam, PMI requires experience leading projects plus 35 contact hours of project management education, which this programme provides. Our advisors can help you check your eligibility.

    What learning materials are provided?

You receive PMI-aligned courseware built around the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition, practice questions, mock exams, an exam simulator, templates and chapter-wise quizzes to reinforce learning and build exam readiness.
