What Is Project Management Fundamentals Training?UntitledYour Starting Point in Project Delivery
Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) training is a foundation-level course that teaches the essential principles, processes and tools used to run projects, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring and closure. It is a practical, non-certification programme designed for anyone whose work supports projects. Delivered over two days (16 hours) across five modules, the course covers predictive (plan-based) methods, an introduction to Agile frameworks and business-analysis basics, so you leave able to manage scope, schedule, cost, resources and risk with confidence. There are no prerequisites, and some project experience is helpful but not required. In Mexico, where nearshoring, manufacturing and digital transformation are driving strong demand for project talent, these fundamentals give you an immediate edge at work. On completion you receive a Course Completion Certificate from Invensis Learning and a solid base for pursuing further qualifications such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2.
