    Can I take both levels of the training?

    Yes. You can attend Fundamentals and Advanced independently or in sequence. Start with Fundamentals if you are new to Jira, then progress to Advanced to master workflows, automation, integrations and administration.

    What topics does the Fundamentals level cover?

    Fundamentals covers navigating Jira, creating projects, managing issues across the epic, story, task, bug and subtask hierarchy, running Scrum and Kanban boards, sprints, roadmaps, versions, filters, basic JQL and agile reports such as velocity and burndown charts.

    What topics does the Advanced level cover?

    Advanced covers custom workflows with conditions, validators and post-functions, permission and notification schemes, custom fields, advanced JQL, dashboards, Jira automation, integrations with Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub and CI/CD tools, and Jira administration.

    Will I get hands-on practice?

    Yes. Both levels are built around live, hands-on exercises in a Jira environment. You follow along as the trainer demonstrates each feature, then practise on realistic agile delivery scenarios to build confidence.

    Does the training cover JQL and dashboards?

    Yes. The Fundamentals level introduces filters and basic JQL, while the Advanced level covers advanced JQL, including CHANGED and WAS operators, plus building team and management dashboards with Jira gadgets.

    Does it cover Jira automation and integrations?

    Yes, at the Advanced level. You learn to build no-code automation rules with triggers, conditions and actions, use smart values, and connect Jira to Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for end-to-end DevOps delivery.
