    What Lean tools will I learn?

    You will learn the five Lean principles, muda, mura and muri, the Deming circle (PDCA), Voice of the Customer and CTQ, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Heijunka, Kanban, DMAIC, Kaizen and the Shingo model.

    How long is the Lean IT Foundation Training?

    The course runs over two days (16 hours), and can also be delivered as four half-day sessions. It combines instruction, practical exercises and industry-driven case studies.

    You receive EXIN-accredited Lean IT courseware, a study guide created by subject matter experts, 50+ chapter-end quizzes, mock assessments and practice-based learning support.
