Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

BA F&P is a two-level EXIN BCS qualification that validates both knowledge and applied business analysis skills. The Foundation covers 14 topic areas and the Practitioner tests applied techniques across seven scenario-based topics. Both are developed in partnership with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

    General

What is the Business Analysis Foundation and Practitioner certification?

BA F&P is a two-level EXIN BCS qualification that validates both knowledge and applied business analysis skills. The Foundation covers 14 topic areas and the Practitioner tests applied techniques across seven scenario-based topics. Both are developed in partnership with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

Is the BA F&P certification worth it in Morocco?

Yes. Business analysts are in demand across Morocco's banking, IT services and offshoring sectors, where certified analysts are scarce. Senior BA roles average around MAD 264,000 a year, and the EXIN BCS credential is recognised across Europe and the Middle East, giving you an edge with employers.

Who should take this business analysis certification?

It suits aspiring business analysts, IT professionals, testers and developers moving into BA, project team members, product owners and practising analysts formalising their skills. Foundation has no prerequisites, so beginners and experienced professionals alike can start.

Is the EXIN BCS credential recognised in Morocco?

Yes. EXIN operates in over 165 countries and BCS is the UK's chartered institute for IT. The combined credential is recognised by employers in Morocco and has strong standing across Europe, the Middle East and Commonwealth markets.

How long are the certifications valid?

Both the Foundation and Practitioner certifications are for lifetime. Neither expires and no renewal, re-examination or continuing education is required once you pass.

    Pricing

How much does BA F&P training cost in Morocco?

Fees depend on the delivery format and are quoted in local currency. The package typically bundles training with both exam vouchers through an accredited provider. Contact us for current pricing or request a quote for your preferred schedule.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee generally includes EXIN BCS-aligned courseware, case studies, practice questions and mock exams for both levels, learner support and a course completion certificate. Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are usually included in the combined package; confirm at enrolment.

Are the exam vouchers included in the price?

For the combined programme, both the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are typically included in the accredited training package. As pricing varies by channel, confirm the exact inclusions when you request a quote.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for analyst teams and delivery units. Contact us for a tailored quote for your organisation.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

Our trainers prepare you thoroughly with mock exams and practice questions for both papers. If you need to re-sit, EXIN allows re-examination; verify the current re-sit policy and any fee with EXIN. Selected plans also include a retake option, so ask your advisor.

What is the format of the Foundation and Practitioner exams?

Both are closed-book exams taken online with EXIN proctoring or at an accredited centre. The Foundation uses single-answer multiple-choice questions; the Practitioner uses scenario-based multiple-choice questions that require you to apply BA techniques.

How many questions are on each exam and what is the pass mark?

Each exam has 40 questions and lasts 60 minutes. The pass mark is 65%, which is 26 out of 40 correct, for both the Foundation and Practitioner papers.

How and where can I take the EXIN BCS exams?

You can take both exams online through EXIN's proctored system from home or the office, or at an EXIN accredited testing location. Exams are usually arranged through the accredited training provider as part of the combined programme.

Which standard are the exams based on?

Both exams follow the EXIN BCS examination specifications, aligned to the BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BCS BoK) and developed in partnership with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

    Course Content

Do I need prior experience to take this course?

No. The Foundation level has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, so beginners can start here. The Foundation certificate is the recommended prerequisite for the Practitioner level, which the combined programme covers in sequence.

What topics does the training cover?

It covers the 14 Foundation topics, including investigation techniques, stakeholder management, process and requirements modelling, and business cases, then the seven applied Practitioner topics such as strategic context, current-situation analysis and identifying solutions.

Are practice exams and materials included?

Yes. You receive EXIN BCS-aligned courseware, industry case studies, and practice questions and mock exams for both the Foundation and Practitioner levels to build exam readiness.

Is the courseware aligned to the latest EXIN BCS specification?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current EXIN BCS Foundation and Practitioner examination specifications and the BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.

    How long is the training?

The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme is delivered as 32 hours of instructor-led training, with Foundation content covered first and Practitioner content after. Schedules are flexible to fit working professionals and teams.

    Enrollment

How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format and schedule, complete payment, and you receive access to courseware and learning resources. See upcoming batches or talk to a learning advisor to get started.

What training formats are available in Morocco?

We offer live virtual instructor-led training, onsite classroom sessions, focused one-to-one training, and customised corporate group training, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule.

What are the prerequisites to enrol?

Anyone can enrol in the training. There are no formal prerequisites for the Foundation exam; the Foundation certificate is the recommended prerequisite for the Practitioner exam, and the combined programme prepares you for both.

Can I reschedule to another batch?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans include a Flexi Pass to attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange this.

    What is the refund policy?

Refunds and cancellations follow our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
