The Change Management Skills You Will BuildFoundation Knowledge to Practitioner Application

This combined Change Management Foundation & Practitioner Certification Course takes you from change management knowledge to applied practice across the five syllabus areas: change and the individual, change and the organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement, change practice, and personal and professional management. By the end you can plan, lead and embed organisational change.

    Guide Individuals Through Change

In this Change Management training you will learn to apply individual change models such as ADKAR and Bridges' Transition Model, diagnosing where change stalls and building the awareness, desire and reinforcement people need to adopt new ways of working.

    Lead Organisational Change

Select and apply organisational change models including Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model and McKinsey 7-S, and read organisational culture as an enabler or barrier to change using Schein's levels.

    Engage Stakeholders and Communicate Change

Map stakeholders with power/interest and influence/impact tools, build targeted engagement strategies, and design change communication plans that use Cialdini's principles of influence to move resistant audiences.

    Build and Deliver Change Plans

Conduct change impact assessments and develop complete change management plans covering communication, training, resistance management and embedding, integrated with the project timeline.

    Apply Emotional Intelligence and Coaching

Use Goleman's emotional intelligence domains, coaching and facilitation skills, and reflective practice to build trust, manage conflict and sustain relationships through difficult change.

    Pass Both Certification Exams

Prepare for the closed-book Foundation exam and the open-book, scenario-based Practitioner exam, mastering guide-navigation technique so you convert applied knowledge into two exam passes.

    General

Is the Change Management certification worth it in Morocco?

    Is this certification recognised internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised in over 150 countries and is well respected across the UK, Europe, Africa and markets where change management is an established profession, including employers in Morocco.

    Pricing

What is included in the training fee?

The fee typically includes courseware aligned to the current syllabi, case studies, Foundation and Practitioner practice questions, mock exams, and learner support. Exam voucher inclusion is confirmed at enrolment. Request a quote for the exact package in your region.

How much does Change Management certification cost in Morocco?

Pricing varies by delivery format and package, so training in Morocco is available on request. The combined programme is usually purchased as a training and dual-exam bundle. Talk to a learning advisor for current pricing and group options.

Are the exam fees part of the price?

The programme is typically sold as a combined training and dual-exam package, though inclusions vary by region and channel. Confirm whether the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are bundled when you request your quote.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for PMOs, HR and transformation teams. Contact us for a tailored group quote for your team.

    Exam

How many exams are in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams. The Foundation exam has 50 questions in 40 minutes, closed book, with a 50% pass mark (25 out of 50). The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each (80 marks total) over 2.5 hours, open book, with a 50% pass mark (40 out of 80).

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam is closed book with 50 single-answer multiple-choice questions and a 40-minute duration. You need 50%, or 25 correct answers, to pass. It is usually taken at the end of the Foundation portion of the training.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the five scenario-based sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential.

What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

You must hold the Change Management Foundation certification before sitting the Practitioner exam. Foundation itself has no formal prerequisites, so the combined programme takes you through both levels in sequence.

What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

Our training includes guidance and mock exams to help you clear both exams on the first attempt. If a re-sit is needed, we advise on the current re-sit policy and support your preparation. Ask a learning advisor about retake options.
