Are there hands-on exercises in the course?

Yes. Hands-on activities run throughout the day, including VOC structuring with affinity diagrams, Kano classification, full House of Quality construction, column importance calculation, and identifying design hot spots and conflicts.

How does QFD fit with Six Sigma?

QFD is a core tool in Design for Six Sigma, used in the DMADV Measure phase to translate the Voice of the Customer into critical-to-quality requirements, and in the DMAIC Define phase to prioritise what matters to the customer. The course shows how to apply it in both.
