    What is the format of the PgMP exam?

    The PgMP exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination based on the PgMP Examination Content Outline and the Standard for Program Management, Fourth Edition. Questions span five performance domains and are delivered online proctored or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

    How many questions are on the PgMP exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 170 questions and an allotted time of four hours. Results are reported with domain-level feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement rather than a fixed numeric score.

    What is the PgMP panel review?

    The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to the PgMP. A panel of programme management practitioners evaluates your documented experience. It is a mandatory step in addition to the written exam, and both must be passed to earn the credential.

    What are the eligibility requirements for the PgMP?

    PMI sets three eligibility paths combining education with project and programme management experience within the past 15 years. With a bachelor's degree you need 48 months of project experience or an active PMP, plus 48 months of programme experience. An active PMP satisfies the project experience requirement.

    What happens if I do not pass the exam first time?

    PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. Re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts. Our preparation, mock exams and trainer support are designed to build broad mastery across all five domains before you sit.

    The course is aligned to the current PgMP Examination Content Outline and PMI's Standard for Program Management, Fourth Edition. Both define the five performance domains, tasks and enablers assessed in the exam.

    What learning resources and materials are provided?

    You receive PMI-aligned courseware, references to the PgMP Examination Content Outline and Handbook, an overview of the 4th edition Standard for Program Management, templates, flashcards and chapter-wise quizzes to support your revision.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?
