Why This Training Is Worth Your TimeOf Learning Minitab the Hands-On Way

    For Individuals

    For Individuals

Minitab training gives you a capability that quality and process teams across South Korea use every day. You move from knowing statistical concepts to actually running the analyses, building the charts, and reading the output that drive real improvement decisions. Whether you are supporting a Six Sigma project, monitoring a production line, or reporting process capability to management, the course turns Minitab from an unfamiliar tool into an everyday working skill.

If you work in semiconductor, electronics, automotive or pharmaceutical quality, hands-on Minitab fluency helps you contribute faster and with more credibility. You leave able to analyse data, present findings clearly, and support data-driven quality improvement from your first week back at work.

    • Analyse process and quality data confidently instead of wrestling with spreadsheets
    • Build the exact Minitab skills Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects demand
    • Create control charts, capability reports and hypothesis tests employers expect
    • Cut analysis time by using menu-driven tools built for statistical quality work
    • Interpret results correctly so your decisions stand up to management scrutiny

Why Minitab Skills Are in Demand Across South Korea's Industries

    Semiconductor Yield and Variation Pressure

Korean chip makers run processes at extreme tolerances where tiny variation destroys yield. Teams need people who can build control charts and capability studies in Minitab to detect and reduce that variation.

Minitab builds SPC and capability analysis skills

    Automotive Quality Standards

IATF 16949 and OEM audits demand SPC, measurement system analysis and capability evidence. Hyundai, Kia and their suppliers rely on Minitab-literate engineers to produce and defend that data.

Minitab builds Gauge R&R and hypothesis testing skills

    Six Sigma Skills Gap

Six Sigma is embedded in Korean manufacturing culture, but many practitioners know the method better than the tool. Hands-on Minitab fluency is what turns a Green or Black Belt into an effective analyst.

Minitab builds DMAIC Measure and Analyse skills

Smart Factory and Physical AI Shift

As Korean plants adopt digital twins, IoT and AI, they generate more process data than teams can interpret. Professionals who can analyse and act on that data in Minitab are increasingly in demand.

Minitab builds data analysis and interpretation skills

    Biologics and Pharma Validation

Growth at Samsung Biologics, Celltrion and peers has raised the need for process validation, capability reporting and statistical analysis, all core Minitab tasks in a regulated environment.

Minitab builds capability and regression analysis skills

    From Spreadsheets to Statistical Rigour

Many quality teams still stretch spreadsheets past their limits. Moving routine analysis into Minitab brings the statistical rigour, charts and hypothesis testing that credible improvement decisions require.

    Assessment

Is there an exam for the Minitab Essentials course?

No. This is a non-certification skills course with no examination. Learning is reinforced through live hands-on Minitab exercises throughout the one-day programme, and you receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning.

What do I receive after completing the training?

You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning. No formal certification or credential is awarded by an external body, but the practical Minitab skills you build are immediately applicable to Six Sigma projects, SPC monitoring and quality analysis.

How is learning assessed during the course?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you practise each technique through hands-on exercises using realistic quality datasets, following along in Minitab as the trainer demonstrates every function and analysis.

How does this course relate to Six Sigma?

Minitab is the standard statistical software used in Lean Six Sigma programmes, especially the Measure and Analyse phases of DMAIC. This course gives Green Belt and Black Belt candidates the hands-on software skills needed to perform the analyses their projects require.

Will this help me prepare for a Six Sigma Belt?

Yes. Minitab Essentials is strong preparation for or a companion to Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training, and complements SPC and quality tools training, because Minitab is used to perform the statistical analyses in all of them.

    Course Content

What topics does the Minitab syllabus cover?

The course covers six modules: Minitab interface and data management, descriptive statistics and graphical analysis, hypothesis testing, statistical process control, process capability analysis, and regression with Gauge R&R measurement system analysis, all delivered hands-on.

What will I be able to do after the course?

You will be able to import and manage data, create quality graphs, run t-tests, ANOVA and chi-square tests, build I-MR, Xbar-R, P and C control charts, run capability analysis with Cp and Cpk, and perform regression and Gauge R&R studies in Minitab.

    How long is the training?

The programme is delivered in one day of eight hours, covering all six modules with live hands-on Minitab exercises throughout. An extended two half-day format is also available to fit different schedules.

    Are the exercises hands-on?

Yes. Every module includes live Minitab exercises using realistic quality and process datasets. You build proficiency by working through each analysis yourself, not by watching, which is why it helps to have Minitab installed before you attend.

Can corporate sessions use our own data?

Yes. Corporate onsite sessions are particularly effective because your team can work with your own organisation's real data during the exercises, so the skills transfer straight into current quality and improvement projects.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the Minitab course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete your registration, and you will receive access to schedules, course materials and joining details. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing.

What training formats are available in South Korea?

The course is available online as live virtual instructor-led training, in-person classroom sessions, and customised corporate onsite training for teams across South Korea. Choose the format that fits your schedule and learning preference.

    How soon can I start?

Public sessions run on a regular schedule, and corporate sessions are arranged around your team's availability. See upcoming schedules or contact a learning advisor to find the next available date that suits you.

Do I need to install Minitab before attending?

Yes. Participants should have Minitab statistical software installed on their device before the training so they can follow the hands-on exercises. Ask us whether a trial licence is available when you enrol.

    Can I reschedule my enrolment?

Yes. Flexible options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch on selected plans. Contact our support team to arrange a change to your enrolment.
