    What is the format of the EXIN ASF exam?

    The EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination with single-answer questions. It is based on the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation Examination Specification and aligned to the Scrum Guide and the Agile Manifesto.

    How many questions are on the ASF exam and how long is it?

    The ASF exam has 40 multiple-choice questions, and you have 60 minutes (one hour) to complete it.

    What is the passing score for the ASF exam?

    The passing score is 65 per cent, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly.

    Where can I take the ASF exam?

    You can sit the exam online through EXIN's online proctored system or at an EXIN accredited testing location. It is usually arranged through an accredited training provider as part of a training and exam bundle.

    What topics does the ASF exam cover?

    The exam covers five areas per the EXIN examination specification: Agile Way of Thinking, Scrum Practices, Scrum Planning and Estimation, Monitoring Scrum Projects, and Advanced Scrum Concepts.

    What if I do not pass the ASF exam the first time?

    What will I learn in the ASF training?

    You will learn the agile mindset, the Scrum framework of roles, events and artifacts, agile planning and estimation, monitoring with burndown and burnup charts, and advanced Scrum concepts, all aligned to the EXIN examination specification.

    Do I need prior agile experience to take this course?

    No. ASF is designed for complete beginners. The programme starts from agile fundamentals, so no prior Scrum or agile knowledge is required to succeed.

    How long is the ASF training programme?

    The instructor-led programme runs for 16 hours, typically delivered over two full days or four half-days, depending on the schedule you choose.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive EXIN-aligned courseware, industry-driven case studies, mock exams and practice questions, and first-attempt exam guidance.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current Scrum standard?
