    Do I need prior experience to take this training?

    Anyone can attend the training, and it is structured to build understanding step by step. To sit the exam, PMI requires project risk management experience and risk education; our advisors can help you check which eligibility set you meet.

    What topics does the PMI-RMP training cover?

    It covers the five PMI-RMP domains: Risk Strategy and Planning, Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Response, and Monitor and Close Risks, including qualitative and quantitative tools such as SWOT, probability-impact matrices, Monte Carlo simulation and decision trees.

    Does the training cover agile and hybrid risk management?

    Yes. In line with the January 2022 Examination Content Outline, the programme covers project risk management in predictive, agile and hybrid delivery environments, so you can apply the practices to any project type.

    Does this training satisfy the PMI-RMP education requirement?

    The programme provides 32 contact hours, which fully meets the 30-hour risk education requirement for Set B (bachelor's degree) and Set C (GAC-accredited degree) candidates. Set A candidates need 40 hours and should add at least 8 more hours.
