    Will I learn earned value management in Primavera P6?

    Yes, at the Advanced level. You learn to generate and interpret BCWS, BCWP and ACWP, calculate SPI, CPI, EAC and TCPI, and produce earned value S-curves and reports that owners, lenders and clients rely on.

    Are there hands-on exercises in the training?

    Yes. Both levels are delivered with live Primavera P6 exercises using realistic project scenarios. You work directly in P6 alongside the trainer for each feature and workflow, so the skills transfer straight to your own projects.

    What software do I need for the training?
