Work from the Voice of the Customer

Capture the Voice of the Customer and translate it into Critical to Quality requirements, so IT services are designed around what customers genuinely value.

    Map and Improve Value Streams

Use SIPOC and value stream mapping to see how work flows, measure process cycle efficiency, and target the steps that add delay and waste in IT delivery.

    Use Kanban and Visual Management

Apply Kanban boards, Heijunka and 5S to make work visible, balance demand and keep IT operations flowing smoothly.

    Measure Operational Performance

Use the Deming circle (PDCA), key performance indicators and process metrics to improve IT service performance with evidence rather than guesswork.

Solve Problems with DMAIC and Kaizen

Apply the DMAIC model and the Kaizen mindset to solve recurring IT problems and drive lasting, continuous improvement.

    Lead Lean Behaviour and Change

Adopt Lean leadership habits (go see, ask why, show respect) and the Shingo model to embed Lean behaviour and make change stick.
