    Will I receive a certificate after the training?

    Yes. On completing the programme you receive a certificate of completion from Invensis Learning confirming your participation and your understanding of the Scrum framework fundamentals.

    Is Scrum Fundamentals a certification?

    No. This is a skills training course, not a certification. You gain a certificate of completion rather than sitting a certification exam, and it is a strong foundation for further agile and Scrum learning later.

    How is learning assessed during the course?

    There is no formal assessment. Understanding is built and checked through interactive exercises, industry-driven case studies, real-world examples and retrospective discussions led by the trainer.

    What can I do after completing the training?

    What topics does the Scrum Fundamentals course cover?

    The course covers the Scrum framework across five modules: an introduction to Scrum, a Scrum overview, the six Scrum principles, the five Scrum aspects and the five Scrum processes, plus scaling Scrum.

    How long is the training?

    The programme runs over two days, totalling 16 hours. It can be delivered as full days or across extended half-days, covering the whole framework with case studies and interactive exercises.

    What are the six Scrum principles covered?

    They are empirical process control, self-organisation, collaboration, value-based prioritisation, time-boxing and iterative development. These principles underpin how Scrum teams work and are applied in full.

    Does the course cover Scrum roles, events and artefacts?

    Yes. You learn how Scrum roles, events and artefacts connect across an iteration to deliver value, along with the five Scrum aspects: organisation, business justification, quality, change and risk.
