    What topics does Scrum Fundamentals training cover?

    The course covers the Scrum framework across five modules: introduction to Scrum, Scrum overview, the six Scrum principles, the five Scrum aspects, and the five Scrum processes, plus scaling Scrum, taught with real-world examples and exercises.

    How long is the Scrum Fundamentals training?

    The course runs over two days, totalling 16 hours. It can also be delivered as four half-day sessions. Both formats cover the full Scrum framework with case studies and interactive exercises.

    What are the six Scrum principles?

    The six Scrum principles are empirical process control, self-organisation, collaboration, value-based prioritisation, time-boxing and iterative development. The course explains how each one applies in real Scrum projects.
