What Is Scrum and Why Does It Matter?UntitledThe Agile Foundation Employers Want
Scrum Fundamentals Training in Ukraine is a practical, foundation-level programme that introduces the Scrum framework, a lightweight Agile approach for delivering complex products through small, self-organising, cross-functional teams working in short iterations. Over two days (16 hours) of interactive, instructor-led learning, you gain a clear understanding of Scrum theory, the six Scrum principles, the five Scrum aspects and the five Scrum processes, along with Scrum roles, events and artefacts. The course suits professionals across Ukraine's fast-growing technology sector and beyond, including project managers, team leaders, developers, product owners, business analysts and senior managers who want a shared Agile language. There is no prerequisite to enrol, and some basic knowledge of Agile is helpful but not required. Delivered through live virtual and corporate on-site formats and reinforced with real-world case studies and retrospective sessions, the training gives you skills you can apply from day one. On completion you receive a certificate of completion from Invensis Learning confirming your understanding of the Scrum framework fundamentals, and a strong base for further Agile learning.
