    Do I need Agile Scrum Foundation before ASM?

    What is the format of the EXIN ASM exam?

    The EXIN Agile Scrum Master exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination with single-answer questions. It tests applied Scrum Master competency across the five EXIN topic areas, not just recall.

    How many questions are on the ASM exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and you have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete it. The questions are distributed across the five EXIN Agile Scrum Master topic areas.

    What is the passing score for the ASM exam?

    You need 65% to pass, which is 26 of the 40 questions answered correctly. The training focuses your preparation across all five topic areas so you walk in ready.

    How is the EXIN ASM exam delivered in Ukraine?

    You can sit the exam through EXIN online proctoring from home or office, or at an EXIN accredited testing location. Accredited training providers can also arrange the exam for you.

    What if I do not pass the exam the first time?

    You can re-sit the EXIN exam if needed. Our trainers support your preparation with practice questions and mock exams to maximise your chances first time. Confirm the current re-sit fee and policy with EXIN before rebooking.

    What topics does the ASM training cover?

    The training covers the five EXIN topic areas: Agile Way of Thinking (20%), the Scrum Master Role (25%), Agile Estimating, Planning, Monitoring and Control (27.5%), Complex Projects (12.5%) and Adopting Agile (15%).

    Can a beginner take the Agile Scrum Master course?

    Yes. The course is open to those new to the Scrum Master role, and EXIN sets no formal education or work-experience requirement. The training starts with the Scrum framework before building into facilitation and coaching topics.

    What learning resources are provided?

    You receive EXIN-aligned courseware, practice questions and mock exams, facilitation and coaching exercises, and reference material mapped to the EXIN examination specification to support your revision.

    Is the training aligned with the latest EXIN syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current EXIN Agile Scrum Master examination specification and to the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto principles that underpin it.

    Will I get a certificate of completion?
