What Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner Certification?UntitledA Complete Route to Change Leadership

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification is a two-level qualification that proves you can lead the people and culture side of organisational change, and Change Management certification training in Turkey prepares you to pass both exams and apply the discipline at work. Foundation validates your knowledge of change concepts and models; Practitioner proves you can apply them to real change scenarios. The programme is built on the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide, and covers established frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework and Bridges' Transition Model. It suits project and programme managers, HR and organisational development professionals, consultants and transformation leaders. As Turkish banks, manufacturers and technology firms run large digital and restructuring programmes, employers increasingly want people who can turn strategy into adopted change. Earn both credentials with Invensis Learning and step into that demand with confidence.

What Is Driving Demand for Change Managers in Turkey

    Digital Transformation at Scale

Turkish banks, retailers and telcos are running large digital programmes, but technology only delivers value when people adopt it. Certified change professionals close that adoption gap.

Learn to drive adoption on digital change

    Restructuring Under Economic Pressure

Inflation and cost pressure push many Turkish organisations into reorganisation. Structured change management reduces disruption, protects morale and keeps operations running through the shift.

    Build structured change management skills

    ERP and Cloud Migrations

Enterprises replacing core systems often meet strong user resistance. Change managers plan communication, training and support that turn a technical rollout into real, sustained use.

    Reduce resistance to new systems

    Energy and Industry 4.0 Transition

Renewable-energy and smart-manufacturing programmes in Turkey demand portfolio-grade change coordination across many teams, sites and suppliers, exactly what the Practitioner level develops.

    Coordinate complex transition programmes

    Change Saturation and Retention

Continuous change fatigues employees and drives turnover. Skilled change leaders manage capacity, build resilience and keep teams engaged while multiple initiatives run at once.

    Protect engagement through constant change

    Shortage of Certified Change Talent

Turkey has a deep pool of project managers but few credentialed change professionals. A recognised Foundation and Practitioner qualification makes you visible to employers who need adoption expertise.

Stand out with a recognised credential

The Skills You Will Build Across Both LevelsCapabilities for Real Change Programmes

Here is what you will learn in the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner programme: how people and organisations experience change, and how to plan and lead it. By the end, you can apply recognised models to real scenarios and prepare for both exams with confidence.

    Guiding Individuals Through Change

Apply individual change models such as Bridges' Transition Model and ADKAR to understand how people respond to change, diagnose where transition stalls, and design targeted support that builds motivation and resilience.

    Leading Organisational Change

Select and apply organisational models including Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model and the McKinsey 7-S Framework, and assess culture and readiness using Schein's model to plan change that fits the context.

    Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Identify and analyse stakeholders, build tailored engagement strategies, and design change communication plans that use influence principles to manage resistance and keep people informed and on board.

    Change Practice and Planning

Run change impact assessments and build complete change management plans covering communication, training, resistance management and embedding, then integrate them with the wider project timeline.

Applying Change Models to Real Scenarios

Practise the Practitioner open-book technique by applying change approaches to realistic organisational scenarios, diagnosing problems and recommending interventions under timed exam conditions.

    Professional and Personal Change Leadership

Develop the emotional intelligence, coaching, ethics and self-management skills that underpin effective change practice, using Goleman's model to build trust and navigate conflict through difficult change.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Change Management Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions with a single answer each, taken closed book in 40 minutes. The pass mark is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is delivered via online proctoring or an authorised test centre.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks for 80 marks in total, taken over 2.5 hours. It is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted, and the pass mark is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

How many exams are in the combined programme?

Two separate exams. You sit the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam, and you must pass both to hold both credentials. The 5-day combined programme covers Foundation over the first days and Practitioner over the later days.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Both deep model knowledge and efficient guide navigation matter.
