    For Individuals

    For Individuals

BPM training helps you turn everyday frustration with slow, inconsistent processes into a structured plan for improvement. You learn to see work as end-to-end flows, model them clearly, and improve them with evidence rather than opinion. Whether you are a business analyst, process owner, operations manager or IT professional in Turkey, the skills apply directly to the work in front of you.

If you want to be the person who can fix a broken process and prove the improvement, BPM is a high-leverage, portable skill. You gain a method, a modelling notation and a toolkit you can use across any sector or role.

    • Manage and improve processes with a proven end-to-end BPM method
    • Model any workflow clearly using the BPMN 2.0 global standard
    • Spot the waste, delays and bottlenecks that others miss
    • Redesign processes for lower cost, higher speed and better quality
    • Speak a common process language shared by business and IT teams
    • Prepare processes for automation with BPMS and RPA

    For Organizations

    For Organizations

BPM group training equips cross-functional teams with a common approach to modelling, analysing and improving the processes that drive performance. Delivered for operations, IT, quality and transformation teams, it creates a shared process language across the organisation. For organisations in Turkey scaling digital transformation, it turns process improvement from isolated projects into a repeatable discipline.

If your teams struggle to document, standardise and improve their processes, corporate BPM training builds that capability in-house. Participants can model and analyse their own real processes during the session, creating immediate value.

    • Give teams one shared language and method for process work
    • Standardise how processes are documented across business units
    • Reduce cost and rework by removing process waste
    • Build the process foundation that automation projects need

What Is Driving Demand for Process Skills in Turkey

    Banking's Real-Time Modernisation

Istanbul's banks are rebuilding core systems and real-time payment flows. That work fails without clear, well-managed processes, so process skills are in high demand across financial services.

BPM builds modelling and analysis skills

Industry 4.0 on the Factory Floor

Smart factory adoption in Turkish manufacturing reached around 18% in 2025. Connecting machines and data only pays off when the underlying processes are modelled, standardised and improved first.

    BPM builds standardisation skills

    Transformation Outpacing Process Maturity

Turkey will spend over USD 5B on digital transformation in 2026, but you cannot automate a broken or undocumented process. BPM gives teams the discipline that transformation needs to deliver value.

    BPM builds process design skills

    Scaling Retail and E-Commerce Operations

With retail digitalisation near 62%, order, fulfilment and returns processes are under strain. Firms need people who can redesign these flows for speed, accuracy and lower cost.

    BPM builds redesign skills

Cost Pressure in Telecom and Logistics

Margin pressure pushes telecom and logistics operators to remove waste and rework. Process analysis and redesign skills directly target the delays and handoffs that erode profitability.

    BPM builds waste-removal skills

Automation That Needs a Process Backbone

BPMS and RPA investment is rising, yet bots automate tasks, not chaos. BPMN modelling and end-to-end process design give automation the stable foundation it depends on.

    BPM builds automation-readiness skills

BPM is a practical, portable skill, not a certificate on a wall. Join professionals across Turkey who model, analyse and improve the processes their organisations depend on. Start building that capability today.

    Pricing

How much does BPM training cost in Turkey?

Pricing depends on your delivery format, live online, classroom or corporate, and on group size, so it is available on request. Request a quote and a learning advisor will share current pricing and any group options for teams in Turkey.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee typically covers instructor-led training across all six BPM modules, hands-on modelling and analysis exercises, learning resources and templates, learner support, and a course completion certificate. Ask your advisor for the exact inclusions for your chosen format.

Do you offer corporate or group pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for teams and departments. It is often the most cost-effective option because participants can model their own real processes during the session. Ask about corporate pricing for your team.

Are payment or instalment options available?

Yes. We accept major payment methods and can discuss instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the arrangement that best suits you or your organisation.

Is there a discount for training a team in Turkey?

Group and corporate bookings in Turkey are quoted with team-based pricing that usually works out lower per person than individual seats. Request a group quote and we will tailor it to your headcount and delivery format.

    Assessment

Is there an exam for BPM training?

No. This is a non-certification course with no examination. Your learning is reinforced through hands-on BPMN modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and group discussion during the one-day programme rather than through a formal test.

What will I receive on completion?

You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning. There is no external credential or awarding body; the real value lies in the practical BPM skills you can apply at work immediately after the training.

How is my learning assessed during the course?

Learning is applied rather than examined. You work through process modelling exercises, analysis and redesign workshops and team activities across the day, so you practise each BPM technique on realistic examples as you go.

Will I be able to apply BPM straight away?

Yes. The skills are immediately usable. After the training you can model existing processes in BPMN 2.0, identify waste and improvement opportunities, redesign workflows, and set up process ownership and simple performance measures in your own organisation.

Does the course completion certificate expire?

No. The skills do not expire and there is no renewal requirement. Because this is not a certification, there are no continuing-education credits or renewal cycles to maintain after you finish the programme.

    Course Content

What will I learn in the BPM course?

You will learn the full BPM lifecycle: process identification, BPMN 2.0 modelling, process analysis and performance measurement, process design and governance, and BPM technology and automation. The one-day programme moves from foundations to hands-on application across six modules.

What standards and frameworks does the course cover?

The course is grounded in BPMN 2.0 (ISO/IEC 19510) for process modelling, the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge, and the process approach of ISO 9001:2015 (Clause 4.4). It also connects to Lean, Six Sigma and BPM technology such as BPMS and RPA.

    How long is the training?

The programme runs for one day, a total of eight hours, covering all six BPM modules with concept explanations, BPMN modelling exercises and process analysis and redesign workshops throughout. A half-day format across two sessions is also available.

    Are there hands-on exercises?

Yes. Practical work runs throughout the day. You model processes from verbal descriptions, analyse them to find waste and bottlenecks, and apply redesign principles to build improved future-state processes, so you leave able to do the work, not just describe it.

Do I need special software to attend?

No specialist software is required to take part. The focus is on BPM concepts and BPMN 2.0 modelling technique, which you can apply in common tools afterwards. Any tools used during exercises are introduced in the session.

    Enrollment

How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website or by speaking with an advisor. Choose your format, complete your booking, and you receive access to schedules and learning resources. Ask about upcoming batches for learners in Turkey.

    What delivery formats are available?

The course is available online as live virtual instructor-led training, in the classroom, and as corporate on-site training for teams. You can choose the format that best fits your schedule and learning preference.

Can a complete beginner take this course?

Yes. There are no prerequisites and the course introduces BPM from the ground up. Practical exercises and trainer support help beginners build confidence, while experienced professionals gain a structured method and shared notation.

Can I arrange training for my whole team?

Yes. Corporate training brings a cross-functional team together in one session with a shared method, and can be delivered on-site, live virtual or blended across Turkey. Participants can work on your own real processes. Request a group quote to get started.

What is the reschedule or refund policy?

Rescheduling and refunds are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include flexible options to move to another batch. Contact our support team for the details that apply to your booking before you enrol.
