    What topics does the Scrum training cover?

    They are empirical process control, self-organisation, collaboration, value-based prioritisation, time-boxing and iterative development. The training explains why all six must be applied for Scrum to work as intended.

    How long is the training?

    The programme runs over two days, totalling 16 hours, and can also be delivered as four half-days. It covers the full Scrum framework with real-world examples, case studies and interactive exercises.
