    Will I receive a certificate?

    Yes. On completing the training you receive a certificate of completion from Invensis Learning. It confirms your participation and your understanding of the Scrum framework fundamentals.

    Does the certificate expire?

    No. The certificate of completion does not expire and needs no renewal. The Scrum skills you gain are immediately applicable and stay relevant on the job.

    What topics does the Scrum training cover?

    The course covers the Scrum framework across five modules: an introduction to Scrum, a Scrum overview, the six Scrum principles, the five Scrum aspects and the five Scrum processes, plus scaling Scrum.

    What are the six Scrum principles?

    They are empirical process control, self-organisation, collaboration, value-based prioritisation, time-boxing and iterative development. The training explains why all six must be applied for Scrum to work as intended.

    How long is the training?

    The programme runs over two days, totalling 16 hours, and can also be delivered as four half-days. It covers the full Scrum framework with real-world examples, case studies and interactive exercises.

    Will I learn Scrum roles, events and artefacts?

    Yes. You will learn how Scrum roles, events and artefacts connect across an iteration, and how each contributes to delivering a valuable product increment within a self-organising team.
