    Is the Agile Scrum Foundation certification worth it in Slovakia?

    Yes. The ASF proves genuine Scrum knowledge to Slovak employers in IT, banking, telecoms and shared service centres, where agile delivery is increasingly the norm. It opens agile team, analyst and coordinator roles and is recognised by employers in over 165 countries.

    Who should take the ASF certification?

    The certification suits complete beginners to agile, developers, testers, business analysts, project coordinators and managers joining or supporting a Scrum team, as well as aspiring Scrum Masters who want a recognised starting point.

    Are there any prerequisites for Agile Scrum Foundation?

    None. The EXIN ASF has no formal prerequisites and requires no prior agile or Scrum knowledge. It is the entry-level credential in the EXIN Agile Scrum scheme and is open to everyone.

    How long is the ASF certification valid?

    The ASF certification is valid for life. It does not expire and needs no renewal, re-examination or continuing-education requirement, so once you pass you hold the credential permanently.

    What is the format of the EXIN ASF exam?

    The EXIN ASF exam is closed book with single-answer multiple-choice questions, aligned to the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation Examination Specification, the Scrum Guide and the Agile Manifesto. It tests knowledge and comprehension at a foundational level.

    How many questions are on the ASF exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and you have 60 minutes (one hour) to complete it. It is delivered online with proctoring or at an EXIN accredited testing location.

    What is the passing score for the Agile Scrum Foundation exam?

    The passing score is 65%, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly. Our mock exams and practice questions are mapped to this threshold to help you prepare.

    What if I do not pass the exam on the first attempt?

    The training covers the agile way of thinking, Scrum practices (roles, events and artefacts), agile planning and estimation, monitoring Scrum projects, and advanced Scrum concepts, aligned to the EXIN ASF Examination Specification.
