Business Process Management (BPM) Training in Morocco is a practical, one-day skills programme that teaches you to identify, model, analyse, improve and monitor the business processes that drive organisational performance. Rather than an exam-focused course, it builds job-ready capability you can apply the moment you return to work. You work through hands-on modelling, analysis and redesign exercises using real process scenarios. It suits business analysts, process owners, operations and quality managers, and IT and transformation professionals across Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Morocco's fast-growing offshoring and BPO sector. There is no examination; on completion you receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning and the confidence to lead process improvement at work. Market Forces Making BPM Skills Essential in Morocco

    Scaling Offshoring and BPO

Morocco's offshoring sector employs over 148,500 people and targets 130,000 more jobs by 2030. Delivering ITO, BPO and KPO work at scale demands standardised, well-documented processes that BPM provides.

BPM standardises how work is delivered at scale

    Move to High-Value Services

The national strategy is shifting from low-cost labour to high-value digital services. Providers need people who can model, analyse and redesign processes, not just execute them.

BPM builds analysis and redesign skills

    Quality and Compliance Pressure

Banking, insurance and manufacturing clients expect ISO 9001-grade process discipline. BPM gives teams the tools to standardise, control and evidence how work is actually done.

BPM strengthens the ISO 9001 process approach

    Automation and Digital Change

Banks, telecoms and shared-services centres are automating customer and back-office workflows. You cannot automate a broken or undocumented process, so BPM has to come first.

    BPM prepares processes for automation

    Automotive and Aeronautics Complexity

Tangier and Kenitra free zones run complex, high-precision operations. Managing these end-to-end processes calls for BPMN modelling, measurement and continuous improvement.

BPM builds modelling and improvement skills

    Process Talent Shortage

Morocco has a deep pool of operators but fewer professionals trained in formal BPM methods. Structured process skills help you stand out to local and offshore employers.

BPM makes trained professionals stand out

Skills You Will Build in This BPM CoursePractical, Job-Ready Process Skills

This BPM training builds practical, end-to-end skills for managing and improving business processes. By the end, you can model, analyse, redesign and monitor processes using recognised industry standards.

    Model Processes with BPMN 2.0

Turn a verbal process description into a clear BPMN 2.0 swimlane diagram, using events, gateways, tasks and lanes so any stakeholder can read how work flows across the organisation.

    Run the Full BPM Lifecycle

Apply the six phases of the BPM lifecycle, identify, model, analyse, design, implement and monitor, so process improvement becomes a repeatable discipline rather than a one-off project.

    Analyse Processes for Waste

Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to expose bottlenecks, rework and waiting time, and quantify cycle time, cost and first-pass yield to build a solid case for change.

    Redesign and Improve Workflows

Apply simplification, standardisation, automation, error-proofing and parallelisation to redesign processes for better speed, quality and cost, then model the future state.

    Measure Process Performance

Define meaningful process KPIs such as lead time, cycle time and first-pass yield, and set up dashboards and reviews that keep performance visible and continuously improving.

    Govern and Automate Processes

Business Process Management (BPM) is a structured discipline for identifying, modelling, analysing, improving and monitoring business processes so they deliver results aligned to an organisation's goals. This course teaches BPM as a practical, job-ready skill you can apply straight away.

Yes. Business process skills are in strong demand across Morocco's offshoring, banking, telecom and manufacturing sectors. You gain practical capability in modelling, analysis and redesign that you can apply immediately, plus a course completion record from Invensis Learning.

No. The course has no formal prerequisites and starts from first principles. Some familiarity with business operations helps, but it is designed for business analysts, process owners, operations and quality managers, and IT professionals alike.

The training is grounded in BPMN 2.0 (the Business Process Model and Notation standard, ISO/IEC 19510), the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge (CBOK), and the process approach in ISO 9001:2015. Together these give you a vendor-neutral method recognised across industries.

It suits business analysts, process owners and managers, operations and service-delivery managers, quality and ISO 9001 practitioners, IT and systems analysts, and change or transformation professionals, anyone in Morocco responsible for designing, managing or improving business processes.

What is included in the BPM course fee?

The fee typically includes instructor-led training across all six BPM modules, hands-on modelling and analysis exercises, learning materials and templates, learner support, and a course completion record from Invensis Learning. Request a quote for full details.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

How am I assessed during the course?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply BPM techniques throughout the day in modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and redesign activities, so you build skills by doing rather than by sitting a test.

How long is the BPM training?

The programme runs for one day, around eight hours, covering BPM foundations, the BPM lifecycle, BPMN 2.0 modelling, process analysis, process design and governance, and BPM technology, with practical exercises throughout.

The course covers six modules: introduction to BPM, the BPM lifecycle, business process modelling with BPMN 2.0, process analysis and performance measurement, process design, redesign and governance, and BPM technology, automation and continuous improvement.

What is BPMN 2.0 and will I learn it?

BPMN 2.0 is the international standard for business process modelling (ISO/IEC 19510), maintained by the Object Management Group. Yes, you learn it hands-on, drawing swimlane diagrams with events, gateways, tasks and lanes from real process descriptions.

Are there practical exercises in the training?

Yes. You practise throughout, modelling processes in BPMN 2.0, analysing them for waste and bottlenecks, and redesigning them using proven principles, so you can apply the techniques to your own processes straight away.

Does the course cover automation and RPA?

Yes. The training explains how BPMS workflow automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) fit within BPM, and how to spot which tasks are suitable for automation during process analysis and redesign.

How does BPM relate to Lean and Six Sigma?

BPM provides the end-to-end framework for identifying, modelling, governing and improving processes, while Lean and Six Sigma offer specific improvement tools applied within it. They are complementary, and BPM gives your improvement work a consistent structure.
