    What is the House of Quality?

    The House of Quality is the central QFD planning matrix. It links customer requirements to measurable engineering characteristics, rates their relationships, flags design conflicts in the correlation roof, benchmarks competitors, and sets engineering targets tied to customer priorities.

    Does the course cover the four phases of QFD?

    Yes. You learn the full four-phase cascade: product planning, parts deployment, process planning and production planning. This keeps a traceable link from every customer requirement through to the quality controls used in production.

    Is QFD applicable to services and software, not just manufacturing?
