Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

AgilePM is a structured agile project management certification based on DSDM, the framework owned and published by the Agile Business Consortium. The combined course covers both levels: Foundation validates your knowledge of the framework, and Practitioner validates your ability to apply and tailor it in real project scenarios.

    General

What is the AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner certification?

AgilePM is a structured agile project management certification based on DSDM, the framework owned and published by the Agile Business Consortium. The combined course covers both levels: Foundation validates your knowledge of the framework, and Practitioner validates your ability to apply and tailor it in real project scenarios.

Who should take the AgilePM course in Lithuania?

The course suits project managers, business analysts, Scrum practitioners, team leaders and delivery leads who want agile delivery with proper governance. It fits professionals across Lithuania's fintech, banking and global business services sectors who need structured, audit-ready agile project management.

    Is AgilePM recognised in Lithuania?

Yes. AgilePM is recognised in over 150 countries and is particularly strong across Europe and the Baltics, where structured project governance is expected alongside agile delivery. Lithuanian fintech, banking and GBS employers value credentialed agile project leaders.

What is the difference between Foundation and Practitioner?

Foundation tests your knowledge and comprehension of the AgilePM framework, principles, lifecycle, roles and MoSCoW at awareness level. Practitioner tests your ability to apply and tailor the framework in realistic project scenarios at application and analysis level, using an open-book exam.

What are the eight AgilePM principles?

They are: focus on the business need, deliver on time, collaborate, never compromise quality, build incrementally from firm foundations, develop iteratively, communicate continuously and clearly, and demonstrate control. These principles underpin every AgilePM project and team decision.

    Pricing

How much does AgilePM training cost in Lithuania?

AgilePM training fees vary by delivery format and schedule, so pricing is available on request. The fee typically bundles training for both levels with courseware and exam preparation. Request a quote or speak with a learning advisor for current pricing in your preferred format.

What is included in the AgilePM course fee?

The fee typically includes AgilePM-aligned courseware for both levels, industry case studies, Foundation and Practitioner mock exams, practice questions, and learner support. Exam voucher inclusion is confirmed at the time of booking. Contact us to confirm what your package covers.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Exam voucher inclusion depends on the package you choose. Many combined packages bundle the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers, while others price them separately. Ask a learning advisor to confirm exam inclusion for your selected format.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for PMOs, delivery teams and transformation groups in Lithuania. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the AgilePM Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 40 minutes. It is closed book, and the pass mark is 50%, meaning 25 out of 50 correct. It is typically taken at the end of the Foundation training.

What is the format of the AgilePM Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 4 scenario-based questions worth 15 marks each, 60 marks in total, over 2 hours. It is open book, with the AgilePM Handbook permitted, and the pass mark is 50%, meaning 30 out of 60 marks.

What is the passing score for each exam?

Both exams require 50% to pass. For Foundation that is 25 out of 50 questions correct; for Practitioner that is 30 out of 60 marks across the four scenario questions. You must pass both exams to hold both credentials.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The AgilePM Handbook is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario questions require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient handbook navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential to pass.

Do I need to pass Foundation before Practitioner?

Yes. AgilePM Foundation certification is a prerequisite for the Practitioner exam, or an accepted equivalent. The combined programme is designed to be taken sequentially, with Foundation covered first, then Practitioner.

What happens if I do not pass on the first attempt?

Our training includes mock exams and guidance aimed at helping you pass both exams on your first attempt. If you need to resit, re-examination is arranged through the exam provider. Contact us to confirm the current resit process and any retake support in your package.

    Course Content

What topics does the AgilePM course cover?

The course covers the AgilePM philosophy and eight principles, the six-phase lifecycle and products, business, technical and management roles, MoSCoW prioritisation, timeboxing and quality, and planning, control and risk, at both Foundation and Practitioner depth.

Do I need prior experience to take AgilePM?

No prior experience is required for Foundation, which is open to all. The Practitioner level suits practising or aspiring project managers applying AgilePM in real environments. The combined course supports beginners through to experienced professionals.

Which standard is the courseware aligned to?

The courseware is aligned to the current AgilePM Handbook published by the Agile Business Consortium and to the official AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi, so your preparation reflects what both exams actually assess.

Are mock exams and practice questions included?

Yes. The programme includes Foundation and Practitioner mock exams and practice questions, plus industry case studies, to help you identify weak areas, rehearse open-book technique and build readiness for both exams.

    How is the training delivered?

The combined programme runs as a five-day, 40-hour course. It is delivered online (live virtual) as instructor-led training, in the classroom, or as customised corporate training for teams, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule.

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. See upcoming batches or talk to a learning advisor to get started.

    What training formats are available?

How long is the AgilePM programme?
