    Is the certification recognised in Italy?

    How long is the ASF certification valid?

    The certification is valid for lifetime. It does not expire, and there is no renewal, re-examination or continuing education requirement once you pass the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation exam.

    What is the format of the EXIN ASF exam?

    The exam is closed book with single-answer, multiple-choice questions, based on the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation Examination Specification and aligned to the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto. It can be taken via EXIN online proctoring or at an accredited test location.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The EXIN ASF exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and a time limit of 60 minutes (one hour). It is a closed-book examination delivered online with proctoring or at an accredited test centre.

    What is the passing score for the ASF exam?

    You need 65 per cent to pass, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly. The training includes mock exams and practice questions to help you reach that mark on your first attempt.

    Are there any prerequisites for the exam?

    No. Agile Scrum Foundation has no formal prerequisites. It is the entry-level credential in the EXIN Agile Scrum scheme and is open to everyone, regardless of education, experience or prior agile knowledge.

    What if I do not pass the exam the first time?

    Our training is built around a first-attempt pass, with mock exams, topic-wise practice and trainer guidance. If a re-sit is needed, EXIN re-examination terms apply. Ask a learning advisor about retake support included in your plan.

    Can a complete beginner take this course?

    Yes. The course is designed for beginners and requires no prior agile or Scrum experience. It builds understanding step by step, from the agile mindset to the Scrum framework, planning, monitoring and advanced concepts.
