Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

The PMP is PMI's flagship credential and the global standard for professionals who lead and direct projects and teams. It suits experienced project managers, team leads and delivery professionals who use predictive, agile or hybrid approaches.

    General

What is the PMP certification and who is it for?

The PMP is PMI's flagship credential and the global standard for professionals who lead and direct projects and teams. It suits experienced project managers, team leads and delivery professionals who use predictive, agile or hybrid approaches.

Is the PMP worth it for project managers in Haifa?

Yes. Haifa's technology, defence, healthcare and infrastructure employers run complex projects and value the PMP as proof of delivery capability. Certified professionals report a salary premium of roughly 17 to 20 percent over non-certified peers.

Is the PMP recognised in Israel and internationally?

Yes. The PMP is recognised in over 200 countries and is widely regarded as the global gold standard of project management certification, referenced in employer job specifications and procurement requirements in Israel and worldwide.

What are the prerequisites for the PMP?

There are two paths. With a four-year degree you need 36 months leading projects plus 35 contact hours of project management education. With a secondary diploma you need 60 months leading projects plus the same 35 contact hours, which this training provides.

How long is the PMP certification valid?

The PMP is valid for three years. To maintain it you earn 60 professional development units (PDUs) across the PMI Talent Triangle within each three-year continuing certification requirements cycle.

    Pricing

What is included in the PMP training fee?

The training fee typically includes PMI-aligned courseware, the 35 contact hours of PM education, practice questions, mock exams, an exam simulator, templates and application guidance, plus a course completion certificate and learner support. Request a quote for current pricing.

How much does PMP training cost in Haifa?

PMP training in Haifa is priced by format and is available on request. Instructor-led live online and classroom options carry different fees, and the PMI exam fee is billed separately. Talk to a learning advisor for a tailored quote.

Is the PMP exam fee included in the training price?

No. PMI bills the PMP exam fee separately in USD under regional pricing. For reference, it is around USD 405 for PMI members and USD 555 for non-members; confirm current fees at pmi.org before you apply.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for teams and departments. Contact us for a group quote for your organisation.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the PMP exam?

The PMP exam is closed book and uses multiple question types, including multiple choice (single and multiple answer), matching, hotspot and limited fill-in-the-blank. It is delivered online with Pearson VUE OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

How many questions are on the PMP exam and how long is it?

The PMP exam has 180 questions and lasts 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes), including two 10-minute scheduled breaks. Questions are scenario-based and span the current exam content outline.

What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score rather than a fixed percentage. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback, so aim for broad mastery across all exam areas.

What if I do not pass the exam the first time?

You can retake it. PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period, and a re-examination fee applies to the second and third attempts. Our prep and mock exams are built to help you pass first time.

Which edition is the PMP exam based on?

The PMP exam is aligned to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition, the current PMI reference standard, and its updated examination content outline. Our courseware follows the Eighth Edition and covers predictive, agile and hybrid approaches.

    Course Content

Can a beginner take the PMP training?

The PMP suits professionals with project experience rather than complete beginners, since PMI requires 36 or 60 months of leading projects to sit the exam. The training still starts from core concepts and builds to exam-ready depth, with trainer support throughout.

What topics does the PMP training cover?

The training covers the current PMP exam areas: project management fundamentals, predictive plan-based delivery, agile and hybrid frameworks, business analysis and strategy, and stakeholder engagement and communication, aligned to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition.

Does the training cover agile as well as predictive delivery?

Yes. Roughly half the exam reflects agile or hybrid ways of working, so the training covers Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery alongside predictive tools such as the WBS, critical path method and earned value management.

    What learning resources are provided?

You receive PMI-aligned courseware, practice questions, full-length mock exams, an exam simulator, templates, flashcards and topic-wise quizzes, plus references to the PMP Examination Content Outline and Handbook.

Does the training provide the 35 contact hours I need?

Yes. The programme delivers project management education that counts toward the 35 contact hours PMI requires for the PMP application. Where a schedule runs shorter, we advise on supplementary study to meet the full requirement.

    Enrollment

How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

You can start with the next available batch. Enrol through the Invensis Learning website, choose your format, and you receive access to schedules, courseware and resources. See upcoming schedules or talk to an advisor to pick a date.

    What training formats are available?

We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom sessions and customised corporate group training, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule in Haifa.

How do I meet the PMP eligibility requirements?

To sit the exam PMI requires a degree plus 36 months leading projects, or a secondary diploma plus 60 months, along with 35 contact hours of PM education. We guide you through documenting your experience and completing the application.

Can I reschedule or transfer to another batch?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans let you attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange this.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations follow our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back guarantee. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
