What You Gain from This TrainingSkills You Can Apply Straight Away

    For Individuals

    For Individuals

This BPM training helps professionals turn everyday frustration with slow, inconsistent processes into a clear, repeatable way of working. You learn to map how work really flows, measure where it breaks down, and redesign it so the whole team benefits. Whether you are a business analyst formalising your process modelling skills, a process owner taking accountability for performance, or an operations manager tackling cost and quality, the one-day programme gives you tools you can use the next working day.

By the end of the training you can model a process in BPMN 2.0, run a structured analysis to find improvement opportunities, apply redesign principles such as simplification, standardisation and error-proofing, and set up the measurement and governance that keeps improvements in place.

    • Model any business process clearly using BPMN 2.0, the international modelling standard
    • Spot waste, delays and bottlenecks through structured qualitative and quantitative analysis
    • Redesign processes to be simpler, faster and easier to automate
    • Set meaningful process KPIs such as lead time, cycle time and first-pass yield
    • Take ownership of end-to-end processes and lead improvement work with a shared method
    • Apply skills that are in demand across Hungary's shared service and GBS employers
    • Complement Lean and Six Sigma with a complete process management framework
    • Finish job-ready with a course completion record from Invensis Learning
    For Organizations

    For Organizations

For organisations in Hungary, BPM group training builds a shared capability to design, improve and govern processes across finance, HR, procurement, IT and customer operations. Teams learn to model their own real processes during the session, so the value shows up immediately. This is particularly valuable for shared service and business service centres that need consistent, well-documented processes before they automate, analyse or scale into global business services.

If your teams struggle with inconsistent, undocumented or person-dependent processes, corporate BPM training creates one method everyone can use. Managers gain a standardised approach to process ownership, measurement and continuous improvement that connects daily work to strategic goals.

    • Gives cross-functional teams a shared BPM language and a common modelling notation
    • Standardises how processes are documented, analysed and improved across business units
    • Prepares processes for automation and RPA so digital projects deliver real value
    • Reduces cost, rework and cycle time by removing waste from core processes
    • Strengthens the ISO 9001:2015 process approach and compliance readiness
    • Builds internal process ownership so improvements are sustained, not one-off
    • Delivered onsite or live virtual, scheduled around your team's availability
    • Helps SSC and GBS operations move from transactional work to higher-value services

What Is Driving Demand for Process Skills in Hungary

From Transactional SSCs to Value-Adding GBS

Hungary's service centres are moving from routine processing toward analytics and business partnering. That shift needs people who can redesign and govern end-to-end processes, not just run them.

BPM builds the lifecycle and governance skills to make the shift

    Automating Broken or Undocumented Processes

You cannot automate a process you have not mapped. With RPA and AI adoption rising, employers need staff who can document and improve processes in BPMN 2.0 before the bots are built.

BPM builds process modelling and analysis skills before automation

    Cost and Efficiency Pressure

Margin and capital discipline push organisations to cut waste and rework. Structured process analysis finds the delays, handoffs and defects that quietly erode efficiency and quality.

BPM builds waste identification and redesign skills

    Inconsistent Processes Across Business Units

As centres scale, the same process is often run five different ways. BPM gives teams one shared notation and one method, so processes are consistent, measurable and easy to improve.

BPM builds standardisation and process ownership skills

Digital Transformation on a Weak Foundation

New systems fail when they are layered onto poor processes. Employers value professionals who can redesign the process first, so technology delivers the value it promised.

BPM builds the process foundation transformation depends on

A Shortage of Process and Improvement Talent

Hungary's business services sector reports a shortage of advanced process, automation and continuous-improvement skills. People who can lead process work are scarce and in demand.

BPM skills make you stand out to Hungarian employers

Sources: PwC and Deloitte Hungary state of business services; HIPA; European Business Services Association (Hungary) 2026.

BPM is more than a method. It is the skill Hungary's service centres and enterprises need to standardise, automate and scale. Build the capability to make processes work, and start your journey today.

    Your Hungary Skills Transformation

    Where You Stand Today

    What BPM Training Changes

Hungary's business services sector is expanding and automating fast, and employers increasingly separate people who can improve processes from those who only run them. Here is which side of that line you want to be on.

    Today

Limited leverage to move into higher-paying process leadership roles

    After Training

Business Process Manager roles in Hungary average around Ft 11.7M, with senior operations roles reaching far higher

    Today

Overlooked for roles that ask for process modelling and improvement skills

    After Training

In demand across SSC and GBS employers in finance, IT, telecoms and manufacturing

    Today

Comfortable with daily tasks, but unsure how to improve the process itself

    After Training

Confident applying the full BPM lifecycle, from process identification to optimisation

    You build BPM capability

    Before

Processes live in people's heads, with no common way to document or improve them

    Now you have

A shared, standardised way to model and improve processes that teams recognise

    Before

Delivery focused, with no formal method for owning end-to-end processes

    Now you have

A clear path into process owner, improvement lead and process manager roles

    Before

Able to run a process, but not to redesign or govern it with confidence

    Now you have

The skills employers want: BPMN 2.0 modelling, analysis, redesign and measurement

    Before

Automation and digital projects stall on messy, undocumented processes

    Now you have

Processes ready for automation, analytics and higher-value service work

"The difference between running a process and leading its improvement is a method you can repeat, and employers already know which one they need."

Yes. Hungary hosts more than 215 business service centres employing over 110,000 people, and these organisations increasingly need people who can document, analyse and improve processes as they automate and move to higher-value work. BPM skills open roles from process analyst to business process manager across finance, IT, telecoms and manufacturing.

What is Business Process Management (BPM)?

BPM is the structured discipline of identifying, modelling, analysing, improving and monitoring the processes that run an organisation. It combines process thinking, BPMN 2.0 modelling, measurement and continuous improvement into one management approach that applies across every industry.

Anyone responsible for designing, managing or improving processes in any sector will benefit, with no prior process experience required.

No. The course has no formal prerequisites and introduces BPM from first principles. Some familiarity with business operations helps, but the programme is designed to bring newcomers and experienced staff to a shared method.

What standards and frameworks does the training align with?

The training is grounded in the BPM lifecycle and BPMN 2.0 (ISO/IEC 19510), the international process modelling notation maintained by the Object Management Group. It also connects BPM to the ISO 9001:2015 process approach and to Lean and Six Sigma improvement tools.

Corporate and group enrolments are quoted on a per-team basis and typically offer better value than individual bookings, especially when delivered onsite or live virtual. Request a group quote for your team's size and preferred format.

    Assessment

Is there an exam for this BPM course?

No. This is a non-certification skills training course with no exam. Learning is reinforced through hands-on BPMN modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and group discussion during the one-day programme.

Do I receive a certificate after the training?

You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning on finishing the programme. No external certification or credential is awarded, as BPM has no single governing body; the value is the practical skills you can apply straight away.

How is my learning assessed during the course?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply BPM techniques throughout the day through process modelling exercises, analysis and redesign workshops and team activities, so you practise the skills as you learn them.

Will I be able to model processes on my own afterwards?

Yes. By the end of the training you can create a BPMN 2.0 swimlane diagram from a process description, analyse it for waste and bottlenecks, and apply redesign principles to build an improved future-state process.

How does BPM relate to Lean and Six Sigma?

BPM provides the end-to-end framework for identifying, modelling, governing and improving processes. Lean and Six Sigma provide specific tools that are applied within that framework, so the two are complementary. Many professionals use BPM alongside Lean Six Sigma training.

    Course Content

What will I learn in the BPM training?

You learn the full BPM lifecycle: process identification, BPMN 2.0 modelling, process analysis, redesign, implementation, performance measurement and continuous improvement. Hands-on modelling and analysis exercises run throughout the day.

How long is the training and how is it structured?

The programme is one day (8 hours) covering all six BPM modules, and can also be delivered as two half-days. It combines concept explanations with BPMN modelling exercises, process analysis and redesign workshops, and real-world case examples.

Does the course cover BPMN 2.0 and process modelling?

Yes. A full module covers BPMN 2.0 notation, including events, activities, gateways, sequence flows, pools and lanes, plus as-is and to-be modelling. You practise drawing process models from real descriptions during the session.

Does the training cover automation and RPA?

Yes, at a practical, conceptual level. You learn how BPMS, workflow automation and RPA support process execution, how to identify tasks suited to automation, and why processes should be redesigned before they are automated.

What materials and resources are provided?

You receive structured courseware covering all six modules, worked examples, and process modelling and analysis exercises. The training is delivered by experienced practitioner trainers who bring real organisational scenarios into the room.
