What are the five Scrum aspects and processes?

The five aspects are organisation, business justification, quality, change and risk. The five processes are initiate, plan and estimate, implement, review and retrospect, and release. The course also introduces scaling Scrum across larger projects.

Will I learn Scrum roles, events and artefacts?

Yes. You will understand each Scrum role, the purpose of the Scrum events and how artefacts keep work transparent, so you can contribute effectively within a Scrum team from your first sprint.

    Is the training hands-on?

Yes. It is interactive and instructor-led, using real-world examples, industry case studies, exercises and retrospective sessions, with additional support for clearing doubts, so you practise applying Scrum rather than just reading about it.
