UK Market Forces Driving AgilePM Demand

    Agile Governance Gap

Many UK enterprises run agile teams but lack a project-level governance layer. AgilePM closes this by wrapping DSDM structure and control around iterative delivery.

AgilePM adds a project-level governance layer

    Public Sector Agile Mandate

Government policy requires agile for digital services, and GDS standards expect governed delivery. AgilePM aligns with Civil Service procurement and assurance rules.

    Scarce Certified Talent

The UK has deep project management talent but fewer credentialed agile project leaders. AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner holders stand out in a competitive market.

    On-Time Delivery Expectations

Boards demand predictable delivery of transformation. MoSCoW prioritisation and timeboxing let AgilePM teams fix time and cost while flexing scope to hit deadlines.

    Hybrid PRINCE2 and Agile Demand

UK organisations blending PRINCE2 governance with agile delivery need people fluent in both. AgilePM complements existing structured methods rather than replacing them.

    Course Content

What topics does the AgilePM course cover?

What are the eight AgilePM principles?

They are: focus on the business need, deliver on time, collaborate, never compromise quality, build incrementally from firm foundations, develop iteratively, communicate continuously and clearly, and demonstrate control.

What is MoSCoW prioritisation in AgilePM?

MoSCoW stands for Must have, Should have, Could have and Won't have this time. AgilePM uses it to fix time and cost while flexing scope, guaranteeing on-time delivery by ensuring all Must Haves and most Should Haves are delivered.

    What learning materials are included?
