    What will I learn in the course?

    You will learn an introduction to Agile and Scrum, the Scrum aspects, the Scrum principles, the Scrum phases and processes, the advantages of Scrum, and its purpose. You will also become familiar with Scrum values, roles, events and artefacts and how to apply Scrum to manage Agile projects.
