    There is no formal test or assessment. Scrum Fundamentals is a practical, foundation-level course where learning is reinforced through interactive exercises, real-world examples, industry-driven case studies and retrospective sessions.

    Will I receive anything on completing the course?

    Yes. On finishing the programme you receive a certificate of completion from Invensis Learning, confirming your participation and understanding of the Scrum framework fundamentals. The skills you gain apply immediately at work.

    Is there any test I need to pass?

    No. This is a foundation-level skills course with no test to pass. Your learning is built through exercises, discussion, case studies and retrospective sessions across the two days.

    What topics does Scrum Fundamentals training cover?

    The course covers the full Scrum framework across five modules: introduction to Scrum, Scrum overview, the six Scrum principles, the five Scrum aspects, and the five Scrum processes plus scaling Scrum. You also explore Scrum roles, events and artefacts.

    How long is the Scrum Fundamentals training?

    The course runs over two days, totalling 16 hours, and can also be delivered as four half-days. The programme combines concept sessions with real-world examples, case studies and interactive exercises.

    Can a complete beginner take this course?

    Yes. The training is beginner friendly and starts from first principles, so no prior Scrum knowledge is needed. It suits professionals new to Agile as well as those wanting to formalise their understanding.
