What Is Project Management Fundamentals Training?UntitledA Practical Grounding in Project Delivery
Project Management Fundamentals Training in Dresden is a practical, foundation-level programme that teaches you how to plan, run and close projects with confidence. The Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) course covers the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, to closure, alongside a working overview of predictive, Agile and business-analysis approaches. Delivered over two days (16 hours) by experienced instructors, the training suits aspiring project managers, team leaders, co-ordinators and professionals across Dresden's semiconductor, IT and engineering employers who want to support projects more effectively. There are no prerequisites, so you can start from first principles and learn through lectures, discussions and hands-on exercises. This is a non-certification skills course with no exam. On completion you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning, and a solid base should you later pursue credentials such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2.
