What Is Lean Manufacturing and How It Cuts WasteUntitledA Skill Built for Cyprus Production Teams
The Lean Manufacturing Training in Cyprus is a practical, one-day programme that teaches production and operations professionals how to eliminate waste, improve flow and deliver more value to customers. Rooted in the Toyota Production System (TPS) developed by Taiichi Ohno and Shigeo Shingo, it introduces the five Lean principles: identify value, map the value stream, create flow, establish pull and seek perfection. Across eight hours of instructor-led learning you work through the eight wastes (DOWNTIME), value stream mapping, 5S workplace organisation, pull systems and kanban, Just-in-Time production, Total Productive Maintenance and OEE, standard work, quick changeover (SMED), Heijunka and Kaizen. Hands-on exercises let you apply each tool to realistic shop-floor scenarios. This is a non-certification skills course with no exam and no prerequisites, so it is open to production managers, manufacturing engineers, supervisors and quality professionals across Cyprus industry. On completion you receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning and a Lean toolkit you can put to work straight away.
