The programme is built around the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and the structured Kaizen event, so you leave able to identify waste, analyse root causes, test improvements and sustain the gains. It suits operations and manufacturing managers, Lean coordinators, team leaders, quality professionals and anyone leading improvement in Cyprus organisations. With Cypriot manufacturing output rising and pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and shipping firms investing in operational excellence, these are skills employers value now. Delivered in classroom, live online and corporate onsite formats by Invensis Learning, this training moves you from theory to workplace results in a single day.
