What Is Driving Service Management Demand in Chile

    Framework Overload

Chilean enterprises run ITIL, Agile and DevOps side by side, but without an integrating approach these frameworks clash. VeriSM's management mesh is built to combine them by context.

VeriSM combines your frameworks by context

    Digital Transformation Pressure

Banks, retailers and government bodies are investing billions in digital services, yet many lack a consumer-focused model to manage them. VeriSM closes that gap.

    VeriSM builds consumer-focused service design

    IT and Cyber Talent Shortfall

Chile is short of roughly 28,000 IT and cybersecurity professionals, so employers value people who can manage services flexibly and get more from existing teams.

VeriSM helps teams do more with less

    Cloud and Managed Services Growth

Cloud and managed services are the fastest-growing part of Chile's IT market. Managing these hybrid, multi-supplier services needs the adaptable governance VeriSM teaches.

    VeriSM teaches adaptable service governance

    Service Culture Gap

As services become central to competitiveness, organisations struggle to build a consumer-centric service culture. VeriSM Foundation makes that culture a core discipline.

VeriSM makes service culture a core discipline

    Legacy Meets Innovation

Mining, energy and utilities firms must blend legacy operations with AI, IoT and cloud. VeriSM's innovative-technologies focus helps teams manage that mix.
