Why Agile Skills Are in Demand Across Chile

    Agile at Scale in Banking

Chilean banks are restructuring delivery into agile squads under open finance and the Fintech Law, but many teams lack members who share a common understanding of Scrum.

ASF builds a shared Scrum foundation

    Fintech Talent Shortage

With 200+ fintechs competing for talent, employers struggle to find professionals who can join Scrum teams quickly. Certified team members help close that gap.

ASF makes you job-ready for agile teams

    Cloud and Digital Investment

New AWS and Microsoft cloud regions are accelerating digital projects across Chile, raising demand for people who can deliver iteratively using agile and Scrum.

    ASF supports agile delivery skills

    The Agile Knowledge Gap

Many Chilean teams say they 'do agile' without a shared foundation, causing confusion over roles and events. A common Scrum understanding fixes that misalignment.

ASF gives teams one agile language

    Onboarding New Team Members

As squads grow, employers need entry-level talent who can contribute without long ramp-up. Foundation-level Scrum knowledge shortens time to productivity.

    ASF speeds up agile onboarding

    Distributed and Hybrid Teams

Remote and hybrid delivery across Santiago and the regions demands a consistent way of planning, monitoring and collaborating that a common Scrum foundation provides.

    ASF standardises Scrum practice

Is the Agile Scrum Foundation certification worth it in Chile?

Yes. As Chilean banks, retailers and fintechs scale agile delivery, employers value team members who understand Scrum. ASF gives you a globally recognised, lifetime credential that supports roles from Scrum team member to Scrum Master and Product Owner. Talk to a learning advisor to plan your path.
