    You learn VOC collection methods, customer segmentation, organising requirements with the affinity diagram, the three-level requirement hierarchy, Kano model classification, and importance weighting to prioritise what customers value most.

    Are there hands-on exercises?

    Yes. You build and interpret your own House of Quality from a realistic scenario, run a Kano classification exercise, calculate column importance, and identify design hot spots, so you leave able to apply the method at work.

    How long is the QFD training?

    The programme runs for one day (8 hours), covering all QFD modules with concept explanations, real-world examples and hands-on House of Quality exercises. It can also be delivered as two half-days.
