Why Swiss Employers Are Investing in Agile Skills

    Banking Transformation at Scale

The UBS integration and wider digital banking programmes are the largest transformation effort Swiss finance has seen in a generation, and they run on agile teams that need people fluent in Scrum roles and events.

    ASF builds Scrum framework fluency

    Regulated Agile in Life Sciences

Swiss pharma and MedTech firms deliver drug and device programmes under strict governance, so they need team members who can apply Scrum with the transparency and discipline that regulated delivery demands.

    ASF builds disciplined agile practice

    Agile Talent and Skills Gap

Swiss employers list agility as a core skill, yet many teams apply Scrum inconsistently. A recognised EXIN foundation credential signals that you understand the framework and can contribute from day one.

ASF makes certified team members stand out

    Inconsistent Agile Scaling

As enterprises scale agile across cloud, data and platform programmes, teams drift without a common reference. Foundation-level knowledge gives everyone the same Scrum vocabulary and way of working.

ASF builds a shared agile baseline
