What Is Kaizen and What Will This Training Do for YouUntitledYour Route into Continuous Improvement

Kaizen Training is a one-day, practical skills course that equips you with the philosophy, tools and facilitation skills to lead continuous improvement in your workplace. Kaizen, Japanese for change for the better, is a structured approach to making small, incremental, team-based improvements to processes, products and systems. Developed within the Toyota Production System and brought to the West by Masaaki Imai in 1986, it sits at the heart of Lean management and operational excellence. This Kaizen training in Canada is built for operations managers, team leaders, Lean coordinators and quality professionals who want practical capability, not just theory. You learn the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, how to spot the eight wastes at the Gemba, and how to plan, run and sustain a structured Kaizen event, from current-state mapping through to standard work. Across manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and financial services, Canadian employers rely on people who can turn everyday improvement into measurable results. Hands-on workshop simulations let you practise facilitating a Kaizen event during the day, so you leave ready to apply the methodology straight away. Start building your continuous improvement skills with Invensis Learning.
